The biggest antibody rise is to mix and match so if you had a messenger RNA vaccine then use the Johnson vaccine for the booster.

Also if the Johnson vaccine is not available then switch brands of messenger RNA vaccines. I. E. If vaccinated with Pfizer then do the Moderna booster.

You can just start off with a new vaccine card no reason to tell them of your old vaccine. Then you can carry two cards around in case one is lost.

Short answer and likely scenario is that more obstacles to get in the way of "normalcy." If in 1-2 years, Eastern Europe is in ruins and girls are desperate, I guess that helps the scene. Either way, the near future looks like more of the same low supply to meet demands so prices will be inflated and selection will be shit.

Of the WGs currently working in NRW, I would guess that more than 30 percent got vaccinated (or purchased papers from the black market) simply to avoid the cost and hassle of paying for PCR tests. Although at the moment, NRW is back to allowing Schnell tests as long as they are less than six hours old. Rumors say that a few of the smaller clubs "mandated" the vaccine. Some clubs have policies that encourage vaccination: Fully-vaccinated WGs at Babylon pay only 40 EUR entry, but WGs that choose to test daily must pay 70 EUR entry.

Two WGs I know were out-of-work for two weeks recently due to contracting CV-19. The WG who got it first claimed it was the sickest she has ever been in her life. The second WG got sick four days later, but only had a fever for 3-4 days. Both are 100 percent and back at work, but the WG who had more severe symptoms still needs to test everyday (because she did not have enough antibodies? While the WG who just had a fever now has the "Healed" certificate that exempts her from testing for the next six months. Both WGs suspect that the first WG probably contracted CV-19 from an asymptomatic client.

Next time you tried to say your time is 10 minutes faster. In Strava, for your age group, you are bottom 40%, below average cyclotourist. Compared to a not trained individual, it's Ok. Try to climb Ovaro up to Zoncolan or from Sutrio with 27% , Mazzo up to Mortirolo, Loze, 2 sides Stelvio, Agnello, la Bonette, telegraphe Galibier and many others, when I had enough stamina and watt for my great Summer tour. V V Aert is good but after Ventoux, he exploded on tour and in Ventoux, Pogacar was in a bad day.
