But then, after doing this process, You have more oxygen in your blood, then for your organs, then You are more powerful for sports, sex. Professionnal cycling racers took products to get this. I start with Iseran and Aosta Gran San Bernardino for this, because long, 37 kms climbing, but not violent effort when not so steep and many kilometers higher than 2000 meters, to get more oxygen in my blood, to be more powerful for more difficult to come after, even they are both ranked on highest ranking, and rather than taking products, beautiful spots when not raining like yesterday with not much more than 10 degrees on top. My knowledge of my sport like for technique, from 54/11 for downhill to 34/36 in steeper than 20% . Even expensive bicycle don t have this, if not prepared. Same than for car, who care about car counter, when only count GPS speed on coyote or waze, counter can be blocked to its limit, who care when You have no more speed limit on electronics, but You learn all this on the track, not on internet. When agreement for 250 speed limit in Germany, so even RS, AMG, Msport have it.

Well, some people are more telerance than other and if one is not polite, try to be polite to see how it goes and if it does not show, then alleviate, but I remember Siri claiming he is polite and well mannered like he claim a lot of things from big size that we do not care or believe as those who talk about the size is usually small due to the complex as his tool is small and also how he is better climber than world champion pro climbers or he is better than professional cyclist or how his audi s5 goes 300 km when the speed meter of audi s5 do not have 300 km written on it to how he is proud to get all the girls in FKK where any men can get any girl in FKK as long as one pay money among other bullshit LOL!

Looking forward tomorrow, when raining today, when I drove 2500 kms since I left Paris on Thursday at 2 pm, so I rest and wait for better sunny tomorrow. To climb up to 2470 meters.

Let me educate you, in football you try to score more times in the goal of the opponent, than your opponent scores a goal against you.
Football players, even Mbappe, are dancers for me. Neymar is a ridiculous clown, playing circus, even exceptionnal technique. Give them your expensive bicycle and I wait for them, when I m twice their age, on my cheap bicycle, to climb Ovaro Zoncolan when it s all about legs, but they won t be able for such cardio effort they never did. When I was 8 when I started to play football, unfortunately a bit too late to see magic Ajax which invented new football and even superstar Cruyff was not rolling in the grass, cheating like a little girl, when Berti Vogt didn t try to break his legs, my model was Rainer Bonhof for new football, running, not lazy and also Johny Metgod who also invented modern libero. Mbappe, Neymar, Messi and CR7 don t run 10 kms in 90 minutes, but 7 or 8 , I could run this in 30 mn at 16 yo. Football is not sport, but theater, MU knew and chose right name. NFL and superbowl, NBA, are just a show. Take these guys to climb my 40 kms up for my tour, even they train and play daily, take products, but we would laugh a lot seeing them on steep on a bicycle, when I was surprised to see some at the beginning of tour de France, not able to climb on bicycle up to super planche des belles filles which is told not difficult, only 8 kms and only less than last for difficult, maybe they didn t take enough products? When not same sport without products, even with technology. Let s see for Vingegaard after Riise and Rasmunssen models, when already big doubts about W Van Aert, after Bahrain and others. I don t make same sport in same conditions than them, but I love my sport, for free, not paid, for passion and to push beyond limits, always beyond, when only around 650 kms climbing and same downhill per year, but still able for such efforts, when most of best and most famous in sports above, would not be able.

Guys who run the most on soccer, run 10/11 kms on 95 mn, like if You walked fast for 95 mn, compare to put heart almost full charge for hours, what You never do on fitness nor body building.
Pffft. Cycling and running is exercising. When you can get good at something by just pure grunt work, it's not special. It takes no talent, only dumb, brut effort. Any idiot with enough time on his hands can get good at either. Not a sport, no active competition, no need to adapt to another human's actions, it's just exercising.

Not a sport, it's exercising. You're trying to be the best at exercising. Yay for you. Gay, but yay for you.

Like you said, you never trained, so you clearly never done interval training. It's easier to run or cycle at a steady pace than to do repeat sprints. Then again, you think that one hour at threshold is a sprint. Next thing you will say is that you are more fit than all professional football players in the world.

That is the only thing that somehow you got right. But you still don't understand the difference between aerobic and anaerobic effort. Let me know if you want to be educated.

Still waiting for you to explain how you make oxygen in the blood.

Cute. There is nothing like Mauna Kea, from sea level to almost 4200 m. Last 12 km average of 11%, some 20% ramps, 7 km of gravel. I recommend at least 30 mm tires.
