Positive cases versus what actually matters: significant disease, hospitalizations, deaths (the latter all lower in high vax areas.)

Also those same numbers for 5 most populated countries in the world? You're about to get some real time world wide vaccine efficacy figures in the coming months. No doubt case numbers will rise everywhere. To see how beneficial vaccination is or is not, just keep an eye on hospitalizations and deaths in New England (Over 70%) versus the Mountain West states (Under 50%.

Even sooner, just look at Western Europe (Over 65%) versus Eastern Europe (Under 40%) and you'll get your comparative numbers. Cases skyrocketing all over Europe. How much the hospitals and by extension the morgues are affected will tell you what you need to know.
