And that would be your patrons. Your customers. And no, I don't expect perfection. But I do expect to be treated with respect just like you do. Respect yields respect. And gouging your customers isn't showing them respect. By the way, I don't go for the GFE. I don't want that. I go for the PSE. Yes, that's what I want. Ha!

This attitude is a part of the problem. It suggests that the customer ought to just accept whatever price is quoted to them.
