The downside of leaving it to the states is that it exposes a lot of lower income, minorities, younger, and less well connected women in states like Bama, Miss, and other southern states to unsavory, back alley butcher abortions. G o back and read what I said. I did not call it small medium country. GDP is big because they are one of the bigger populations. On per capital basis, they are in the middle ranks, around 70 to 90, on per capital. The other criticisms I had were on the development of technology and healthcare. If you have actual data to refute what I said, share. I invest in companies across this region and pay attention to who is coming up. I have invested in dozens of Chinese equities but Russia has been slim pickings and very few attractive companies. When it comes to money, we are agnostic on politics and emotions.

They do have nukes, I already said so. Even Pakistan, India, and Korea have them. I don't know that having 1,000 nukes v 100 or 20 makes one a bigger dick necessarily. First, the ones who have 10 can make a hundred if they so desire.
