For your information, the incidence rate of tinnitus is around 6 or 7 per 10 000 person-year. 210 M of US citizens were vaccinated in Sept. 2021, do the maths that makes something like 120 000-140 000 persons suffering from tinnitus.

I don't think Germans think they have so few deaths under covid and brothels were closed twice and even under Omicron for Hessen and Bavaria.
