The Hotspot rule ((As soon as the incidence of infection in a county exceeds 350 for three consecutive days, additional "hotspot regulations" take effect locally from the next day)) is valid until February I think (not sure which date) , they have to agree to extend it after that , which make no sense if hospitalizations and deaths didn't go up!
I just don't know what do expect in this crazy time they call ((Pandemic)).

It will be good to have you on a BMI leech though!
According to Ray Kurzweil you will be a fool if you want to live outside of the virtual world in the future anyway!

Hospital cases still going down since beginning of December. Deaths going down since Christmas. Maybe small increase with Omicron.
Summary:
If Hessen change rules to look at Hospital patients, Sharks can open immediately, if only looking at cases, March / April.
I don't think they will change.

1. High level Engineering and Architecture majors.
2. Civil Engineers and Industrial Engineers.
3. Management and Building Construction majors (not actual engineers).
Seems like you fall in the latter group. Good for you for going to college.
