UK has peaked and coming down. Netherlands and France seem to be at their peaks. Spain and Italy are hitting their peaks this week. Germany and Eastern Europe to follow, but with Delta having immunized so many in that region not so long ago, the effects will be even less than in the Western European nations.

We didn't learn same arithmetic's at school, more than 2000 known daily deaths in US, more than 300 in UK, more than 200 in France, is much more than usual under flu. I agree with Clinton and Obama. Too young to vote for Clinton, but I recall his best trait was doing nothing. Repeal of Glass Steagle proved to be a critical mistake leading to banking disaster that manifested during the 2000's. Was against what I thought to be the Obama's campaign's empty promises on principle and certainly didn't vote for him but recognized that he took a bad situation and rebuilt exercising restraint and an genuinely tried to bridge political camps. Made many international allies while at home he kept his social justice rhetoric measured when he could have easily went as far as the nonsense that has occurred since he left office. Always thought that history would remember the Bushes to be better Presidents than the image the critics of their time painted. McCain presidency would have served the USA well if not for the Sara Palin fiasco.
