It is a bit unfortunate how the world turns, and terror is one part of it. Another part of it is the widening economic gap across the world. And then you have crime and corruption which can also spark terror. Even the police state itself can spawn terror.

My personal view is that the only thing which can resolve the problem of terror is full transparency. But then the world also has to get rid of religion especially, and maybe also disease. Tignes does look good for off piste. Or if you are rich, helicopter runs in Saas Fee. But neighter has the trees you find in Japan, Colorado and a few places in Norway. At least what are allowed to ski in. Silly laws.

Of course Tignes from the bottom of la Sache Brevieres up to Pissaia Iseran Glacier on top of Val the Isere then free riding through Pers pass down to the river and Fornet worth a lot, better not to fall in river, some snow bridges but have to be very careful. Good puff usually there, wish also for Christmas for Tignes. No need for helicopter for Saas Fee Allalin where I learned most of my ski between 9 and 14 . Swiss are great skiers. I probably won't visit La Grave unless they fix that old lift comming from 2 alps. I met a guy at an FKK who had worked at 2 alps as a police, so he told me good things about it. But I'm not going to drag my skis or snowboard 2 km just for one run down. Verbier looks better, and is actually very popular among the rich norwegian crowds the nurse complains about too. But Globe has too many tall girls, so they need to fix that first at the very least! Since I like them short! So I will stick to Austria and maybe the occational visit to italian dolomites. Kronplatz was terrific! Especially the short, but almost armani tailor made Piculin run at the far side of the resort. Voted best black run in the world twice by skiresort. De. Then there is the 2/2 are run as well, which will give you leg burn and is used in continental cup competitions. Or the bumpy nice 7/27/28 runs down to the resturant where you can make some nice jumps if you have speed. I do like off piste maybe more, but in general I have to admit Norway is better than Austria or Italy for that. Colorado (Snowmass etc) and Japan is even better. But Ischgl is decent! The best in the FKK area for me. So I will mix that one up with Circolo Passion this winter I think..

Don't believe guys in brothels: Between la Grave and 2 Alps is Girose glacier 3500 meters high. I discovered only on 2004 when I was advised by a friend at work, we met few times for skiing, having good runs in Alp Huez and after he saw me climbing on Summer. There was never any lift on Girose glacier other than on 2 Alps part and I m pretty sure I will never see any, even 2 Alps would buy la Grave lifts. Until about 2016, there was only ratrack machine which pulled You between the 2, same like still on top of la Grave. I don't use the one on top of la Grave, sometimes they even stop to ask if I need but I prefer to push for around 15 mn to warm up for pushing about 2 hours to cross and back Girose glacier, good sport at 3500 meters high and since no more machine pulling, I don t see many crossing now, not seeing many marks, my private new playfield. La Grave lift is often closed for Christmas but if good weather because better to read snow when no safety there, I will be alone only with my knowledge about snow for more than 1 hour, but I would be really happy to cross and back from 2 Alps glacier for my Christmas present, when I miss so much since 2 Winter.
