I don't see anywhere in the article or the study where it says if participants were vaccinated at all or if they had one, two or three shots. Three shots is unlikely, since the median age of participants was 35.

From a reputable source and the study is done in a reputable hospital. The study is not yet peer reviewed, but assuming it passes that hurdle I have no problem accepting the conclusions.
