That's about the world average, 1.6 x excess deaths of all causes. Claiming an average of 3 x-5 x COVID specific deaths for the entire world is obviously ludicrous when the the worst numbers we have are that high in only the most clandestine and third world nations. If official counts by the end of 2021 end up at 5 million, 10 million actual COVID deaths may be somewhat believable. 30 million from 5 million is absurd and is only believable to the person with a egotistical interest in being right about something, anything. Celebrating some predictive victory with incomplete data is right on par with prior conspiracy theorist tendencies. Proof and expertise do not matter to those guys. I drove millions of kilometers in many countries including Switzerland (I lived there 5 years) USA, and China. Never had any problems with police, never got any fine I just respect the speed limits, advice you to do the same for sure you will have no problem. But may be you consider yourself as a better driver and that you don t need to respect the laws therefore you have to pay for it. How can a policeman respect a guy in the 50+ who still hasn't understand that the road is not a racing place and that everyone has to respect the speed limit. You need to get the facts straight. These are not UK or EU vaccines but vaccines made by pharmaceutical companies. The UK was out there first to sign contracts for the vaccines and also funded research and new manufacturing facilities in the UK and EU while the EU sat on it's ass taking 3 - 6 months longer to make their first order. There's even factories in the EU funded by British money to make these vaccines, one in the Netherlands was set up by AZ with British money when Rutte refused to help. Now that these vaccines are being produced they are being delivered to customers on a first come first served basis. The EU is trying to jump the queue to get get vaccines that they will be forced to stockpile as they have dented confidence amongst the population.

If in 5 years there is new medical scandal about the covid vaccine we will all be happy that UK took the priority. I just want to say again that never vaccine were developed in such a short time and under such a political pressure and it was impossible to test all the potential interactions with other medicine. For example I will never take the AZ. Yesterday the highest European court stated that being vaccined is a democratic obligation, what a shame but what about the illegal migrants entering Europe and fulling the jails in the next 10 years.
