Anything to support the 20-30% claim? I know that it is claimed that some countries (eg Russia, Mexico, Brasil) undercount Covid deaths based on their excess mortality in 2020 but it wasn't a global phenomenon.

I have heard a lot more people claiming that Covid death numbers are exaggerated to make people comply with the restrictions.

I would not put it past big pharma to create a perpetual vaccine wheel or stupid / corrupt politicians. In fact I assume that to be the case and the population lacks critical skills to assess data.
