I then asked if that applied to Asians who were already in Germany for a few weeks, for a few months, even years. Furthermore was it not the logical conclusion then to round up all Asians who were living in DE at that time (and in fact all western nations) and deport them to their fatherlands? You never answered that specific question, as you always dodge the direct question for obvious reasons. The problem is not how much you earn but how much you spend. Most of the American I know have a lot of loans to pay back, they buy so many things on credit, I buy nothing on credit except real estate and if I compare with my friends I have more assets than most of them. I never bought a new car in my life but always preferred to buy a additional apartment or house, restore it and sell it again, or buying shares. Even today I drive my 15 YO Toyota land Cruiser and for sure I could buy a new one. I refuse to pay any fees for any bank, I use pre paid sim card, no company has access to my bank accounts, when I have to pay my electricity or gas. I go the post office to pay it. Last week in one of my a bank a new employee told me that he can give the VIP / Ultimate card for free, I answered that I just need the very basic one.

As far as the economy goes, Trump's claims Of accomplishment are quite bogus and w / o merit. First, no one gets a pass on year 4 of a 4-year term. GWB could not say "please ignore 2008 and judge me 2001-07". Real people are having a really horrible time in 2020, and "but 2020 doesn't count" is nonsense. China grew its GDP 4% most recently. We are in deep negative GDP territory. As is most of W EU.

Secondly, the 2017-19 so called prosperity was juiced with a massive tax cut which was not paid for, and with Fed helping the POTUS with highly accommodative policy stance. The tax cuts were not paid because there was no spending cut offset. None. When it comes to spending, Trump is as bad as any Dem, or worse. On the Fed issue, he badgered Jay Powell non stop, going so far as to compare him to Xi Jinping in a tweet in 2019. Bottom line: we have increased national debt be the highest amount in a single term and Fed has used up so many bullets that if we have a massive 2nd wave and the economy goes into a tail spin, the ability of Fed to help out is hugely limited because they already did way too much. At some point, liquidity trap which normally is an academic subject becomes a real thing.

So, no! Trump's boasts on the economy are hollow. It is actually amazing that he doesn't get more push back from Biden, partly because Biden is too slow and not that smart. If someone like Paul Ryan was running against Trump, or even Romney, they would have pointed out the absurdity of Trump's claims on economic accomplishments.

My belief is that the Swedish have been diligently following the recommendations of their health authorities since the beginning of the pandemic. My prediction is the Swedish will have it under control before the Spanish, French, and Czech, because Swedish authorities just put out new recommendations:
