Who wants to risk having to explain why you were contacted by the German health authorities to your friends, employer or wife, when a (false?) "positive case" gets discovered at an FKK club, and why they have to go into self quarantine? The way I know Germans and their active vigilance about privacy issues, I doubt that many Germans or even Europeans from neighbouring countries (like Belgians and Dutch visiting GT in Brueggen for example) will take that risk.
