Compare to the USA where there are millions of homeless and many using drugs whereas no drugs in Russia. No problems with Afro Americans smoking marijuana in the buildings in Russia and clearly if one is middle class or poor the best place to be is Russia as compared to the USA where poor are put in jail as part of a private prison system where investors of private prison stocks are guaranteed profits.
