Let's see. I haven't been to Coz in 2 years, but I think I can cover a lot of your questions. I don't know about this 'black and white' place, but I am familiar with three houses I talk about below. I typically split my time between salsa and the queen; rent a car (or a moped) to save yourself a lot of taxi hassle.

Quick action can be had anywhere; Carribean Queen, Green House or Salsa Bar. I typically preferred the Salsa bar, it does take time to find the good looking girls there. But its VERY cost effective and fun to 'shop'. Prices there are $20 for the room and 40-60 for the girl. If she's really a knockout I guess you could go 80, but I doubt that would be worthwhile. What I usually tell the girls is "40 (or 60), and a nice tip afterwards". These girls are selling a service; if you come off as stupid or desperate, they're going to raise their prices.

There are NO streetwalkers to speak of in Cozumel. Take-out can be arranged anywhere, again Salsa has the most reasonable prices.

Its hard to say who's got the best quality hookers. I guess "Plantinas" has the best looking women, but the prices are simply insane. I went once and will never go again.

Spent some time in Coz the first week in October;

Went to Platino on a Thursday night and the doors were sealed with some very official looking tape. We then proceeded to Carribean Queen and that was also closed. The information I received from the cabbie was that the same guy owns both places and he is having some 'issues' with the local police.

Travel Report 6/10-6/14:

The Hotel La Messon is right on the square half way up from the ferry’s on the left. It is simple and clean and a little over priced probably due to it’s prime location. I never had a problem bringing women there and the safe deposit box service is good.

Th hotel l Marques http://www.cozumel-hotels.net/el_marques/ is a little better priced. Simple and clean. Never had a problem bringing women there either. A $5.00 tip to the night watchmen for your entire stay and he let the women you want in and send the ones you don’t away. I always felt the tip was a very good investment.

Your info on the Green House was right on. I was quoted 100.00 plus the room. I am sure I could have gotten some of them there for the 100.00 you talk about, but agian you get what you pay for and I would not have went with the ones offering 100.00 total for even 50.00.
