But after experiencing it myself I have to wholeheartedly disagree. True, casas in GDL offer a convenient option but chica quality is low. And the extra charges the chicas ask are annoying. I had 2 great sessions at Deluxe but both times the chicas charged me extras. As for Geisha, I went there once and trust me you didn't miss out on much. I stayed at the Love it consultado it was girl friendly, I registered / paid for 2 persons. It is walking distance to restaureants and a few clinicas. I liked Paloma VIP near the ninos heros monument / round about. I used Alex Agency and was happy but a little pricey. Went and met 1 chica at the Picasso love motel, very nice also but for short stays.

The most recommended area is around Avenida Chapultepec (between district Lafayette and Americana) Where you have lots of bars etc.

The Hard Rock is like 10-15 min (by car) away. Walking I would guess 1 hour.

I saw some recommendations about the Riu which is more close to Chapultepec. As well I heard some good recommendations about Krystal Urban or Fiesta Americana from some colleagues (but nothing related to how Girlfriendly they are).

The "issue" with the bars, restaurants and so on is that officially they are not yet allowed to be open.

But they open anyhow therefore it's not that simple to tell the opening hours.

Currently it was announced that in September they should be officially allowed again to be open.

Gyms are also officially to be closed and Unlike the bars most of them following that restriction.

This in practice will have almost no effect. At this point the only ways to tell if a person has been exposed to coronavirus is to display symptoms, of which the only good one is a fever (the US can't send back every person they see coughing). So it basically is like how things are when you normally go through immigration IE. Tell them if you have been near farm animals, go through the infrared camera, don't start coughing up blood, don't look like you are about to die etc. All of which they would catch before you board the plane to the US. If the government starts trying to send random people back to their origin based off suspicions of infection, no airline in the right mind would fly to America since it would cost them ridiculous amounts of money to fly them back. Not to mention the constitutional challenges.
