I'm unsure about the laws about owning land as a foreigner in Mexico, I think you can but there's restrictions, and that might not be desirable for foreign investment companies to build these kinds of buildings. Don't quote me on that last part.

I will be in CDMX, I will definitely stop by Guadalajara. 1. 15 minutes flight. Quick question, is it worth it to fly to San Salvador (El Salvador) as well? It's only a 2 HR flight to SAL. Being from the USA they accept US currency, and it's super cheap to hobby, lots of erotic spas. Asked the same in the CDMX thread below. Also look at the San Salvador forum where I left a whole bunch of Links. Anyone ventured on this short trip, seems super cheap and quick if you are already in CDMX. LMK. Prices on the site below are in USD.

I envy your business travels to GDL. If there was a lake or river or ocean, I would seriously consider buying a pied a terre. Too bad Chapala is a dead lake.
I've been coming here regularly since 2019 except during the covid thing. Its amazing how many new condo buildings are under construction. I've read the project informational signs at some construction sites hoping to learn who are the developers / investors but to no avail. Do you have any insight? Mainland Chinese? Latin Americans?

Tech. A lot of tech companies have moved to the metro area of Guadalajara because putting down a big campus in Mexico city is very cost prohibitive. It is known as the Mexican silicon valley.
Culture. Not very business related, but even businessman need to vacation. Guadalajara has some very interesting culture as far as clashed between Spanish, Native, and even Moor influence goes. It is the heart of the Charro culture, and a lot of it is what most people who don't know about Mexico consider the most Mexican.
The convention centre. I travel a lot for work to Guadalajara, and I always try to stay at the Westin. Right in front of it, is a pretty big convention centre, and it's rarely not booked with an event. Some of the bigger ones are usually agriculturally related. But there's also a lot of tech, and the very famous international book faire.
Hope that answers your question.

My ATF tells me most of her clients are Americans and Japanese. She also told me there are a lot of American businessmen in GDL. Lucking fucking bastards!
I stay in Chapultepec and really don't explore GDL that much. I rarely see Americans. So the question is, what can you tell me about American business in GDL. I'm very curious about what industries bring them here.

I saw Zoe in April on my last trip. She is 19, slim and petite. She was friendly to me and I was happy with her performance. She gave me a decent bareback blowjob and moved well in bed. We did all the positions that I wanted and she did not rush me. 1500 for the hour.

I've been using one agency for years. I see 2 girls from the agency for my "cultural experience." It works out very well. Overnighters or "long time." Also, I go to the same agency to try new talent.
I always stay in Chapu. As you know, its a target rich environment!

Posts: 637If what you are looking chill, grab a bite to eat and learn about a culture I'd suggest you get tinder, Facebook, go to a salsa club or hang around paseo Chapultepec and find civies but not go off from a chick that is from a known website full of scams and mediocre services but really using Mileroticos to learn about GDL? To each their own I suppose.
Just from my experience, a bucket of beers goes a long way and use your waiters to help you find single chicks at bars that want to drink, obviously with good tips, it does help that you know the language at least too.

Sometimes I like to chill with a hot chick. Listen to music. Get a bite to eat at her favorite place.
Learn about her culture.
To each his own.
