But first check the current exchange rate on sites because many US banks will try to low ball you and give you a shitty return and stiff you with a high fee. Another option is checking if your bank charges any international ATM fees, mine doesn't so I just withdraw money my first day in GDL. If I run out, I just withdraw more money days into my trip since there is no charge. There are big banks all over the city as well as ATM's in many of the Oxxo stores. I have found you get the best rates doing this.
At the moment 1 usd is worth 18.5 pesos and most money exchange places either in the US or GDL won't give you such a good rate, or charge high fees. With that being said it is best you pay the chica in pesos because she won't want to go though the trouble of exchanging the money.
I would also recommend to check and see if your credit cards charge any international fees. There are some US credit cards like Capital one that don't charge any international fees, so you can use them at restaurants or if you ran out of pesos. It is a great back up option.
At the moment 8,000 pesos is around $432 usd. Now in GDL you can really be able to stretch that depending on what you do. Prices are not inflated like the Mexican tourist destinations. Meals can easily be had for less than $5 and even some of the higher end restaurants are usually no more than $20 a head. But when you throw in spending time with chicas, I can see how 8,000 will be nowhere near enough for a weeks time.
You mentioned you were planning on seeing 3 to 4 chicas for a couple hours each so let's do some math; a quality chica charges no less than $900 pesos / HR so let's just say $1000. So if you spent 2 hours with a Chica she will discount it and more than likely charge you around $1700 pesos. Do that with 4 chicas and you have already spent $6800 pesos out of the $8000. This doesn't include paying for the motel either or any drinks at clubs if you intend on going out and freelancing.
The much higher out call prices are the reason why so many men end up going to an estetica or casita, and just pay a fraction of the cost. So that may be something you want to consider if you want the better value. You can then set up a date with one or two chicas instead. That way you get way more bang for buck. Post here if you have any more questions.

Posts: 12Will the women take US dollars or is it best to have all pesos? If pesos, is it best to just exchange get the money from my local bank before I leave? I intend on seeing at least 3 or 4 women while I am out in GDL for the week, and I'd like to spend a couple of hours with each. I'm assuming that around 8000 pesos or so would be enough. Do banks charge astronomical fees to exchange that much cash? I haven't traveled anywhere in mexico other than tourist destinations where US dollars were accepted. So, I'm curious how to prepare.

I finally have had the chance to write a review about my time spent with Osiris, a hot chica. She is originally from Guadalajara and is very professional. I contacted her through whatsapp and she replied promptly. We set up an apt at a motel and she arrived on time. She gives great GFE and is very flexible. She makes sure that her customers are pleased and is open to doing anything! I hooked up with her again and she ended up coming to my place since she trusted me.
She also has a hot friend that she does threesome's with. I believe she said $1500 pesos / HR for both. I was set to come back to the states so I couldn't take her up on the offer. Maybe when I head back there next month.
She has a lot of photos online but I wanted to post some of the ones I took for authenticity purposes. The only one I didn't take is the one with her friend, she sent that to me. You can read reviews of her in Spanish on sexxxyprovincia. It is free to join and view photos.

Posts: 26Google map of Guadalajara Love Motels
http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&msa...253192, 0. 198242.
Here is a Google map link to the main love motels in Guadalajara. As you will see they are pretty much spread out throughout the city. The majority of them have websites with prices & photos.
I have a previous post in this forum with my favorite places. Motel Kuboz is hands down the most luxurious and best value out of them all. The other ones I listed are also great values and have nice spacious suites with jacuzzis. It all depends on what you are looking for and how much you want to spend.

If you want to hit the ground running you can order a sim card online and have it shipped to your house before your travel. This is a more expensive option but you are really paying for the convenience and this is a great option for non Spanish speakers. A sim card costs $20 and it can come with data plans already preset setting you back $45 total. Not bad if you really think about it because you are basically set. I have attached a photo to a US based company that I have used in the past. You can also google mexico sim card for results.
Option #2.
If you can even speak basic Spanish I suggest going to a cell store and just buying a $3 usd sim card and selecting a data plan. It is a much cheaper option. You can easily save $30. I have attached Telcel data plans to show an idea of prices depending on data & days. I recommend using a ratio of 1 GB per week visiting even if your hotel has WiFi. This gives you more than enough data to use apps.
The two phone companies I recommend are either Telcel or Movistar. They both have great coverage in big cities, with Telcel have stronger coverage in rural Mexico. Movistar is a little cheaper for visitors so compare prices in the store to see if either company has a special going.
TIP.
If you ever run out of phone credit don't panic, you can go into any Oxxo (7/11 24 hrs) and add credit by giving the cashier your phone number. Just use the word "saldo" and point to your phone. They will then ask how much you want to put & your number. A minute after paying you will receive a confirmation text that your credit has been added.

Posts: 12Good point about getting a local phone number. I didn't even think about that. What's the best approach to doing that? Once I land at the airport is there somewhere I can buy a local cell phone that will come with some kind of airtime and that will also allow me to download and use whatsapp? Or is there an easier way?
Thanks.
