Regards to point number 1, usually the bank itself flags the transaction as fraudulent if they see a substantial amount being paid internationally. They themselves call you up to verify the transaction and if you don't pick up, they usually flag it as fraudulent by default.

Forgot the SA ID. But the girl in attached pics looks scammer to me, when I asked for real meet she was forcing me to have a virtual session and when I asked for a video call verification, it looked like a recorded video and the call was disconnected in no time. When I told I don't like virtual and can pay double for real meet she blocked me.
