Please try with new email and different card. It should definitely work. I have done it few times.

Download the app on Play store and pay via store credits. This seems to work most of the time.

That's right SC! The only problem is that there is no way to enter the discount code when you are purchasing the subscription via Play Store. Hence you can't get the 20% or 30% discount in that case.

The other reason you can't use a particular card is that maybe it has been linked to another active account or it was linked to your account when your account got disabled due to bad report.

Try with another card maybe virtual credit card.

I faced the same issue while creating the new profile. Download the seeking app and login there to complete your profile. The app accepts your location inputs correctly and promptly.
