If I see the same kind of red flags that the original poster did, I'd politely decline, or say I'd let her know if I wanted to go ahead later (we'd both understand its not going to happen). I've only had 2 cases in 100, where the girl has insisted on some payment (5 k) for showing up.

If she has quoted 80 k and you have decided to meet and then take her to your room, there is an implicit understanding that she's going to get 80 k. Weather of not the monger goes ahead with the act, isn't her problem. She will often create a scene if she's not paid what she expects.
