I have been to Juarez many times without a problem, but only because I take cabs straight to and from the MPs. I have heard too many stories on this forum about mongers getting robbed or taken to jail by the cops to spend any time on the streets. Between the cab and the girl you only spent about $63 US, and came back to tell a story with a happy ending, so that sounds like a bargain to me. Any time you veer from taking a cab your risk goes up.

I completely agree with this statement. Cops are crooked as hell over there. I've been robbed twice over there by those thieves.

P. S. Is there an alternative to the rip off cabbies? I mean is it safe to take the bus or taking your car over? I don't want to be on foot anymore and I don't want to hire the cabbie since they charge so much. I'd take my car but I'm afraid of getting pulled over or having my vehicle stolen.

I crossed over about two months ago and had a fairly good time. Best part was that it was a bit cheaper than my previous trips and the young lady that I snagged serviced me bareback.

Sounds like you had a good time. Bravo. I would be very careful about BB. Years ago I visited the Pink Lady often. I had a similar experience. Got a little too drunk and went BB. I have never been to Jokers before but plan to hit the one on Gomez Morin in couple weeks. My goal is to go and hang out and pick out a girl that would meet me after her shift is over. What's the best strategy to do this? Is Friday night or Saturday night better? What time should I get there? I don't mind spending a little bit (say 2 or 3 roses) for a good quality girl in terms of look and service.

I am probably not the best in advise in this area but I would think going on a Friday or Saturday night would be best. That would be when the better girls are working. Also go around the end of the month BEFORE payday. Fewer dudes to compete with getting better girls. Just my 2 cents.

I never really understood why the original site started charging. I think they just wanted someone else to pay for their fun. They did post reviews. Seeing as there have been no new reviews I don't think it worked out all that well. As for the Matador Frontera site, I was given a password and phone number, no charge.
