My favorite breakfast spot is Rigel's on far north Lopez Mateo near the Chamizal. Rigel's is a small coffee shop, serving about 30 different egg dishes. My favorite seafood restaurant is Los Arcos on 16 de Sept, and also a little dive called La Perla, on the southside of the S Mart complex on Lopez Mateos near Ejercito Nacional. Los Canarios on Lopez Mateos south of 16 de Sept. serves great flautas.

As for the other delicacies, its been a long for me, so nothing to report there.

Hey I know its off the subject but how do you get a good steak at herredero?

My steak is normally the ribeye (medium), but at El Herredero its tough with lots of grissel. What cut do you get and how do you have it cooked for a really good steak? Now at $9.00 I can find enough to get my money's worth, but I still think im ordering the wrong thing.

I'll take the bus to Sarahi/Felinas and Genesis Anali and post a detailed report in exchange for your help!

What works for me is just pointing to the one I want and telling them how I want it cooked. I always survey the meat case and pick my cut.

I was last there in Dec so I hope they haven't changed too much since then. I would get a room at Villa Manport, check the MP, grab a meal at Herradaro and a few cocktails at PapaGuayo, kick back a bit and maybe cab over to El Centro for a while before crashing at the room. Sometimes I'll hit the breakfast buffet before I bus back to the PDN bridge.

A good meal is conducive to mongering, IMHO, and should be considered before or after or shared.

It's 400 pesos or 40 dollars right now. Not sure about BBBJ, I guess it really depends on which girl you pick. I scored a gem in there and been getting total GFE from her on and off site. But she doesn't have a fix schedule. Kind of go to work when she decides to. I don't go there enough to tell you which girl offer BBBJ and which one not. Looks like the folks at Cleopatra have figured out their location, location, location thinking mongers are not going to risk going into town if there is something to be had right accros the bridge. Nice to hear someone had a good experience! I think thats what brings mongers over rather than worrying about saving $10-20 bucks or spending extra.

I was over in Juarez last Thursday and stopped at Cleopatra's. There were 3 girls working. 2 who were extremely over weight and 1 who was about 6 months pregnant. One of the heavy girls quoted $40, I decided to pass and headed over to Luxxor. There were 6 girls working and the price was $40. I decided to go with Ariel(?). Pretty girl, shapely in a latina way. You phrased it much better than I could. Yes it doesn't hurt for them to ask for $20 more so I guess it doesn't hurt for us to ask for $20 less. The standard rate for 1 hour seems to be $40 bucks and I would recommend holding them to that, even Luxxor has lowered to $40 as others have reported. I have not had time or courage (I guess) to try Genesis or Anali for $30 as previously reported but I want to soon. I've wantd to try Felinas or Sarahi (sp? )/old Corpus as well. One of these fall days.

They were pretty good and also reliable when they first opened and usually had a nice selection tho' the 1st floor rooms were small with the one shower at the end of the hall. It was a good joint to have around back then when El Centro was more "vibrant".

Things look pretty slow on the boards, thought I contribute a little bit more.

Went to Cleopatra’s MP, all you guys know where it is (Ignacio Mejia and Avenida Juarez), found they made some nice changes, they also jacked up the price. Ouch, but whatever as long as the service is good. I guess it was around 2 PM, and found only 2 girls working, bummer. One was a definite no, no, no, in my list and there was also this slim, pretty face girl. Asked her name, Abigail. Remembered a past report about her and decided to give it a shot.
