The local classifieds seem to be full of scammers asking me to deposit money in an account through an ATM before they'll book appointments, haha, wtf, do people really fall for that trick?

Walk across the Zaragoza bridge, past the subway / del rio convenience store. Keep walking south a obout 100 yards on the Del Rio convenience store side. As soon as you pass the casa de cambio you'll be at Waterfill shopping center. In the middle of the center you'll see the Stephany sign. Walk up and knock on the door. You'll be let in.
