    Hotel

Asking for a little advice. I planned my trip out west for an overnight stop in EP. Need a place to stay, so should just get hotel in EP or Juarez? I'll be hanging out in Juarez, but are there any decent places to stay, or should I just get a cheap hotel in EP??

Best place for girls? I heard the high class strip clubs are are very expensive and I should hang around the border bars. Are those strip clubs worth the hassel?

    Thanks

Part of the program of regeneration of the Historical Center of Juárez City, the Municipality and the Government of the State will buy 300 properties located in the first block to be demolished or to be renovated in the case that have historical character, indicated the secretary of the City council.

The majority of the buildings are located on the street Mariscal and are occupied by the unfavorable, and by some businesses of estetica and lodging, it indicated the civil employee.

It was indicated that the totality of the proprietors already were contacted and it is on the verge of initiating the celebration of contracts of transaction in favor of the Municipality.

“El programa va sobre ruedas, va muy adelantado, yo considero que se han visitado ya casi la totalidad de los dueños de las fincas de la zona Centro, estamos hablando de la zona de la Mariscal”, refirió.
The program is rolling, getting very advanced, I believe that the most of the owners of the property of the zone have been visited already, we are speaking of the zone of the Mariscal.

He indicated that in none of the cases there has been any opposition which has facilitated the advance of the program.

“En cuanto a la venta de esos inmuebles hemos encontrado un gran eco favorable al Gobierno Municipal. Yo estimo que pronto vamos a ver muchas escrituras de compraventa, se están ya ordenando, creo que tenemos un número importante de fincas que se está formalizando”, dijo.
As far as the sale of those buildings we have found a great favorable echo to the Municipal Government. I consider that soon we are going to see many deeds of sale, I believe that we have an important number of property owners that are becoming serious.

Alvarez Compeán indicated that once obtained the signings, it will come rapidly the demolition of those buildings that do not have any historical value for the city.

“Ya se tiene evaluado todo, edificios históricos nada más hay una marca histórica, el edificio ya no es histórico, se encuentra sobre la Mariscal, pero se va a ver con mucho detenimiento. En la demolición se tomará en cuenta el valor histórico de las propiedades”, apuntó.
have already had evaluated everything, and found only one historical building, nothing else is an historical mark, it is on Mariscal, but we are looking thoroughfully if others exist. The demolition of the historical value of the properties will be taken into account.

He explained that most of the properties that are occupied by unfavorable businesses which will be relocated to the zone of tolerance to give rise to spaces of family use.

“Hemos hablado de alrededor de 300 inmuebles, no necesariamente considerados los giros negros como lugares donde se venda licor, alcohol, sino adicionalmente aquellos lugares que tienen una relación directa con la prostitución. Estamos hablando de hoteles, casas de hospedaje, hasta algunos negocios de estilistas, etc.”, refirió.
We have spoken of around 300 buildings, not necessarily all considered unfavorable, like places where alcohol is sold, but additionally those places that have a direct relation with prostitution. We are also speaking of hotels, lodging houses, and some businesses of estilistas.

Properties are being bought from a fund of 100 million pesos.

“Los dueños de las fincas ya saben el interés que tenemos de adquirirlos y se está negociaciondo sobre bases justas. Nosotros queremos que vendan las propiedades, no se ha pensado en alguna acción de fuerza por parte del Gobierno del Estado o el Municipio”, manifestó.
The property owners know we are interested in buying their property and we are negotiating on a just basis. We want to buy the properties and have not considered any force of action.

“Yo creo que aquí los dueños de los predios deberán estar convencidos que esto es por Juárez”, añadió.
The owner should be convinced that this is for the betterment of Juarez.

Says they are buying up properties in El Centro, so it has begun.

Translation by babelfish and bbond, for those who need it, not 100% but close enough to get the gist of what they are doing.

    Here you go

    FYI

Juárez looks into prostitution problem (3:11 p.m.)
By Louie Gilot / El Paso Times
    Article Launched:11/15/2006 03:10:33 PM MST

JUAREZ -- The city of Juárez is inviting residents and experts from both sides of the border to brainstorm solutions to the city's prostitution problem.

Juárez Mayor Héctor Murguía announced today an online poll on prostitution and a forum titled, "Prostitution: Anarchy or Tolerance?" to be taking place Nov. 27, 28, 29 and 30 in Juárez s ProNaf area.

Prostitution is resurging as a problem for the city since officials launched an ambitious plan to restore the historical center of the city to its past glory. Two of the three most important red-light districts are in downtown Juárez -- one on Mariscal street at the foot of the Paso Del Norte Bridge, and one on La Paz street, near the Juárez cathedral and mission. A new flourishing prostitution corridor is on Paseo Triunfo de la Republica, near the ProNaf, officials said.

But Murguía said that just raiding those districts would not be a lasting solution.

The mayor said officials must take into account the social and public health dimensions of the problem. He said that

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
he was recently in a downtown Juárez bar where a dancer -- a woman who gets paid to encourage male customers to drink and who dances with them -- recognized him.
"Now, I don't know if she was a prostitute, but she said to me, 'Mayor, don't kick me out. I need to work,' " Murguía said.

Murguía did not outright reject the idea of a zone of tolerance for prostitution in Juárez.

"If the citizens want this, this is what we will go for," he said.

City historian Felipe Talavera said there have been five consecutive zones of tolerance in Juárez since 1927, including one near the Zaragoza Bridge that was a center for entertainment during the American Prohibition.

Anybody can voice their opinions on the subject at http://www.juarez.gob.mx/foro/encuesta_opinion.htm. The online public opinion poll will be up until Dec. 15.

City officials declined to release an estimate of the number of prostitutes working in Juárez so as not to influence the poll, they said.

I remember The Cave. It was the place to go in the late 80s but went down hill from there and really went to hell when Fernando passed away. His sons just didn't have any business sense.

BTW, never heard of La Cava. I would love to find out where it is. I doubt it was a reference to The Cave since it has been closed so many years.

Keep us informed on any findings.

    back at the Hollywood

Saturday night was almost as crazy as Friday night. Lots of dudes standing on the sidelines. Again the line-up was impressive, lots of terrific looking girls. Had to get the hottest one though IMHO, named Perla. Two drinks and lap dances and I asked her to go to the cuarto with me. She says no, she doesn't do that. But, she'll do a privado in the closet in the back of the club for 30 a song. I figure that's what I'll pay at Jags so I go for 2 songs. Then they hit me with 10 for the club. Damn it, 70 for 2 songs. I'm getting ripped off and I know it. But this girl is 19 and SO INCREDIBLY FINE. I've got cash but little time and it's already 1 AM so I just go for it.

It stinks in the closet and it's dirty. There's barely room for the plastic lawn chair. But she grinds right off the bat and it isn't long until she's pulled those panties away and let me finger her for the whole song. For song 2 I decide to whip it out and put on a condom and see if she'll let me go for it. But before I can get the wrapper off, she tells me no, she won't go all the way. But she does get on her knees and jerk me off all over her AMAZING tits.

I have to say, this was the dirtiest/hottest experience I've had in a J-town club in quite some time. And yeah, I spent too much money on her when I could have had a girl at another club for half that and gotten much better service. But sometimes you see a girl that you just have to have and she was it for me. And give her a little time, in a few months at that club if she stays there, she'll be doing cuartos for sure. They all do.

Incidentally, I had another friend tell me that he got a quick half & half in the Hollywood closet from another girl. So, I guess that's how the girls are working it in the club. They don't have to leave, they spend less time and they make more money. Not the best overall experience but fun in a pinch.

    Just another Saturday

I've been crossing the river earlier on Sats and not later on Fridays lately. Gives me a chance to wander around a bit. Anyway, a little thing going on by the Cathedral related to the Oaxaca events and one of the indigineous Indians doing his show.

Head over to Laura's and played a bit with "Suzy". Cute little thing that claims to be 20. Perky nips on small but acceptable mounts and tight as a drum. Almost too tight. No rush, sweet, eager, fun. $40 and I tossed her a 5 for her enthusiasm. Only problem was when flipping her from cowgirl to a scissor, one of the 'low spots' in the bed and jammed my antiquated hip which, of course, interfered with the plan. Suzy was a trooper and went to some handwork while the nerve twinge settled. Anyway - she was a good time with no rush, no attitude other than good and open to many positions. No problems at all.

On the way out and headed to Virginia's via the Sh!t Ditch path, the crowd alongside of the Green Lantern made me think I would be better served by cutting thru that one block behind Virginia's. It looked empty - no people and then out of the shadows 2 Policia were doing their thing. I told them where I was going and why I was going this way while they were going thru my pockets - one on one side, the other on the other. Both shooting questions at once. It was a lot of work keeping up with them, a few of my bills hitting the ground (one ending up under a boot but I got it) and what they were handing me to hold. Their main concern seemed to be with drugs. They pulled everything out of my wallet and looked thru each thing, probed into my socks and sneakers, along the waistband of my pants, etc. I haven't had such a complete shakedown since I was a 16 yearold punk back in New York. No cash lost but the one fuc#er took my last cig and then bitched about it being a menthol.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the flashlite aimed up the nose and the mouth check, under the tongue and being told to spit. They also were just stopping anything that moved. They had finished with one before me, stopped a vehicle during mine and went to another walker when they were done with me.

I know the one thing that worried me was with the first sock probe. "You have no drugs in here?" "No, no - no drugs - nothing." Then while he was going to the other foot he says "Are you SURE about that?". To me, it felt like the fix was on but no problema other than something to think about in the future.

Anyway - this was about 7pm by the stairs that come down from that top exit inside Virginia's. Not a soul in that joint so I went to Taco Lucas for my regular and headed home.

OH - 'Que Bueno' - The Hotel Rio - if it's the one across from the Plaza - is a dump. I've stayed there in the past a few years back for todo la noches and it was ok for a pinch. Not anymore. Pure dump that suffered from the rainstorms. Ceilings missing, bad fans, etc. Not worth the price of admission at all. Thanks for the list - it's helpful to me

Finally ended up at Dia y Noche and settled on a sexy little girl named Daniela. I wanted to post this about her because she's a nice looking girl kind of reminds me of pornstar Jenna Haze, rail thin with LONG black hair, but she's not worth the trouble. She's nice in the bar and seems like she'll be fun...but in the cuarto it's RUSH RUSH RUSH. Worse than any girl I've ever been with. She even snapped at me to hurry.

So, don't waste your time with her. She's hot, but not worth it unless you have a real Jenna Haze fetish.
Thanks for taking one for the team. If you saw my earlier report you know I was hot to go with Daniela but she had a bad smell about her, so I hoped to catch her another time after a recent shower. She was fun in the bar, and only wanted .20 plus bar fine. It's good to hear the room report.
If you like slender girls a fun one in Hollywood is Elizabeth, although I can't give a room report on her yet. She wanted to go after only one drink.

hit some of the old haunts

Have only hit one MP and everyone here knows by now all about Luxxor. But I have to say, there are some real hot women working there right now, especially at night. Sofia, Yvonne, Ericka...all very hot. YMMV on massage and performance, but if you want a tasty-looking girl...start at Luxxor.

Downtown, I started at Faustos. Some all right girls there, one real sexy blonde stood out. The rest though aren't better than the other bars for the most part and they do cost more.

Rancho Grande...avoid like the plaque unless you have a real grudge against your dick and need to punish yourself. Miserable.

Queens, same old girls with one exception but I couldn't get to talk to her so I left.

Las Vegas was dead but there was this really tall, gothic-looking girl who was really good looking. I couldn't get the other girls to leave me alone long enough to talk to her though, so I got pissed and bailed. Still, she might be worth one more attempt. She's tall with a real curvy body.

Hollywood was where it's at. I couldn't even get a seat. Many FINE girls, especially Paty a little blonde from El Paso. WOW. Amazing. But the place was so crowded that I could only take it for a little while. I'll bet that on a Thursday or maybe Saturday it won't be as packed but the same fine girls will all be working.
