I hit Juarez today and went to Felinas. I found out that Felinas has been closed for a week now. I don't know why. I'll try to find out why, when I go back to Juarez in a couple of weeks. That report does not say it was closed, only inspected to make sure the girls working there were legal and working there voluntarily "los elementos verificaron que las empleadas fueron mayores de edad y que estuvieran trabajando ahí por su propia voluntad".
