I was recently stopped by two Juarez police officers for my first time. One was a female. They asked me to empty my pockets. They then searched me and my backpack. They opened my wallet to see my I.D. They did not touch any of my money. I kept my cool, was respectful and answered all of their questions. They wished me a good evening and I was on my way. In fact, one of them thanked me for being so respectful since he said that most people give them a hard time. I do not think I was lucky. The outcome was because of the way I handled the situation.

Okay, Joe Vato has not had problems with the Juarez cops. Everyone here can form their own opinion on if the Juarez cops are good guys, bad guys, or somewhere in-between.

And if we go often, like I do they know us for sure. I also believe the people we come in contact with, taxi drivers, working girls (the ones we didn't do business with), security gaurds, etc snitch on us to get a cut. At least I believe that to be my case because on the 3rd ocassion that I got robbed I actually got stopped twice at the exact same location. The first time I hadn't drank anything so they had no cause to rob me. However, the second time I had already drank a couple of beers so I was fucked. Handed over $200 MX ($13 USD). Later that night I paid $30 USD (full service, room included) for a good lay with a 24 yr old spinner. So I figured I'm still ahead. $45 USD for a young, tight pussy is cheap.

To get to Stoya, I told cabbie to take me to Farmacia San Rafael which is on Hermanos Escobar, just east of Lopez Mateos. You can then walk to Stoya, which is about 100 feet west on Escobar. I told him I was meeting a friend there.

If cabbie plays dumb like he doesn't know where that's at, just tell him intersection of Hermanos Escobar and Lopez Mateos. You can then walk to Stoya. If cabbie says he doesn't know where that intersection is at, just get another fuckin cab. He knows where that intersection is at.

Uhm, on a side note, this Farmacia San Rafael might carry a generic Viagra. I'll have to check that out sometime. This generic Viagra sometimes goes by the name of Nafil, or Maxifort, or other names. Just tell farmacia you needs something that works like Viagra, or Nafil, or Maxifort. Farmacia should know what you are talking about.

I've been getting my Maxifort at the Farmacia Ahora, which is about 2 blocks down Ave. Juarez on the west side of the street. I'll eventually check out this Farmacia San Rafael, to see what they offer. This Farmacia San Rafael is right by Stoya.

I too have been robbed by the crooked cops 3 times. I am discouraged but not totally. Maybe I've been lucky but I've had to only pay around $15 US. So I figure that's a cheap price to pay for looking for hookers. In the states it will be minimum $100 US for a half decent lay. And let's not mention the cost and the consequences if you get caught by law enforcement.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not happy having to pay off the crooked cops. But I'd rather pay them off than getting caught in the states or worse yet, give up mongering.
