    Border Patrol

I was stopped leaving the US last night on way to Luxxor. They wanted a Passport and asked me if was was taking $ 10, 000 into Mexico, when I said no, then the officer asked when I thought I might be taking $ 10, 000 into Mexico. I can't beleive they actually use our tax money to pay these clowns. Things got alot worse once at the Luxxor. Paid for the chica, she got pissed at Soraya and Stuart and quit, this was after I paid for her. Left being told I could get a credit the next time but no offer of the return of my money.

i have heard of this tactic before but i currently only have one plate. i live here in mx and do not plan on going back to the u.s. for a stupid replacement plate. that, and i was really in a hurry to fu_k my mp regular and had just recently popped a maxifort(viagra).

standing on a steet corner with a visible hard-on negotiating with a mx police officer was a little awkward for me.

looking back on it, i probably could have gotten away with just paying $10.00. but at the time, my raging hard-on just didn't give a fu_k.

Re-reading your other post, sounds like maybe you went to the old Corpus, it has changed names, you enter ground level and take girls upstairs to the rooms.

Felinas is just down the street on corner, on second level of a 2 story building, go upstairs to enter.

    well said.

i got caught speeding yesterday. i don't know who the fu_k goes 30 k/ph here(posted speed limit; residential street) without getting run over. respectfully negotiated with the guy for about 10 minutes and told him $20.00 or take me to jail. a good bluff on my part as i was already late for an appointment with one of my weekly mp girls. hence, the speeding. this is the third time i have used this tactic without a problem. they just want the money and not to be disrespected. respect is a big thing here in mexico. also, by having to take you to jail they lose time, valuable time they can spend more productively by accepting more bribes.

this ticket would have probably cost me $100+ in the states and increased my insurance premiums. like a lot of things here in mx, $20.00 was a relative bargain.

You guys mis-read my suggestions, ask them where Calle Oro is BEFORE they hassle you, tell them you need directions BEFORE they hassle you.
Shit no dont ever threaten them with anything, you will definately make things worse for yourself.

Finally one of the locals took pity on me and showed me to Silueta’s MP.
I think it’s on Jose Borunda and Peru, or at least close to there.
It’s large, clean, and had a nice selection. Had a good time.

    Only 15 years?

The info we provide when crossing back into America - Land of The Free - will be stored in a database for 15 years. The best part of the database is this:

"Homeland Security is proposing to exempt the database from some provisions of the 1974 Privacy Act, including the right of a citizen to know whether a law enforcement or intelligence agency has requested his or her records and the right to sue for access and correction in those disclosures."

    Other tidbits:

"The notice states that the government may share border records with federal, state, local, tribal or foreign government agencies in cases where customs believes the information would assist enforcement of civil or criminal laws or regulations, or if the information is relevant to a hiring decision.

They may be shared with a court or attorney in civil litigation, which could include divorce cases; with federal contractors or consultants "to accomplish an agency function related to this system of records"; with federal and foreign intelligence or counterterrorism agencies if there is a threat to national or international security or to assist in anti-terrorism efforts; or with the news media and the public "when there exists a legitimate public interest in the disclosure of the information." Respectfully I have to disagree with you on both counts. While lately I have been shaken down by the cops, especially in the zone west of Juarez Ave, I have not been robbed. The search is really disconcerting because if you have anything on you they will find it or plant it. I would think if you run into some bad apples hinting or threatening to make a report just might get you in more trouble. I don't speak a lot of spanish but I've found when I try to speak spanish in mexico things go better for me. Many/most of the cops are educated so one in the group will probably know English anyway.
