Just got home from an almost normal night out. Forgive me but I just have to post this. I have witnessed, over the last few weeks, some complete idiots at their prime.

I mean these guys give girls a LOT of money to "keep them", and for them to stay away from the bars. But as soon as the guy leaves, she is fucking everything she can, all on his dime. Guy communicates his return time and date, so she knows exactly when she has to cool it. Yes, sometimes the guy figures it out, but only after dropping several hundred, or in one case I know of, several thousand, bucks in her direction. In one particular case, girl professes to this guy that she loves him with all her heart, so she turns up pregnant, tests show it ain't his kid. Know how it feels to be a $700 a week sucker? Ask him. Most of these girls know I am local and most trust me not to get involved, that's cool, I screw around on my live in girlfriend too, and a lot of girls know that and keep it under their hat for me. So it all works out.

Hi Bbond. Long time no see. Probably cause I'm living in San Diego now. Man, do I miss Nuevo Laredo. You probably see my buddy down at the Montera and Jorrochos on some weekends. He wears a black felt cowboy hat. Mexican. Anyway, what you have posted is entirely true. I have friends that forked over thousands of dollars to their Mexican girlfriends, including buying cars, expensive jewelry, etc. I am actually a victim of "freeing a woman from prostitution." Years ago, I met a beautiful woman at the infamous Adelitas bar in Tijuana. She had to have one of the most beautiful racks and ass I have ever seen. Unlike your story, she was actually one of the sweetest and loyal woman I have ever met. I used to go out with her and guys could not keep their eyes off of her. Some were so brazen that they would actually come over and talk to her while I was with her. Almost got in some major fist fights as a result. She would summarily dismiss them, while remaining totally loyal to me.

The deal is that I saw her for 8 years. During that timeframe, I paid her rent and gave her food money under the assumption that she would find a legitimate job outside of prostitution. I paid for her to go to beauty school but she could never make more than $10 per day. She couldn't find a job outside of working in a factory making $60 a week as she didn't finish what they call Prepa or High School in Mexico. She tried coming to Texas three times and was caught by la migra and deported each time. A federal immigration judge told her she will get 10 years in prison if she gets caught crossing illegally again. To make a long story short, years went by with me forking over rent and food and other items such as clothes for her kids, assistance with her mother in the hospital, issues with her in the hospital, etc. Basically, her lot in life never changed and I got tired of forking over money knowing she would never make it to the US.

So, for those of you reading this post, take note of what you might be getting into if you ever consider a serious relationship with a Mexican woman. Especially the net impact upon your wallet.

Its been awhile since I've been to NL, currently I see Cherry and / or Irma. But that's been over a year. Up until 5 years ago we used to be regulars at Boys-town. I always preferred the slightly older ones. My favorite was Jenny from Monterrey. She was an alcoholic but a fantastic lover, funny, spoke English and had a visa to.

San Antonio because she had to take her American son to the doctor. Occasionally I would see her at Pullman or Ollies after Papagueyos closed. The last few times I was in NL I couldn't find her so if anyone knows of her whereabouts I would appreciate hearing. I really miss that one.

A while back someone mentioned a lady named Fabiola. I think I met her at La Mina a few years back and saw her again at the bar behind La Mina's singing on the Karaoke. Very nice, petite, cute.

Hopefully I can contribute some more to this forum. I was planning on coming down 7-29, 30. But based on the last entry I just don't know.

Mr. Bond, is it fairly quiet down there?

I met a woman named Fabiola a couple of years ago in the bar La Mina. She was sitting with a chubby woman at the bar and I struck up a conversation with her. I'm wondering if this is the same Fabiola you speak of. She is a little older. Maybe 38 or 39. Cute face. Curly brown hair. I met her a couple of time in Nuevo Laredo and we went out to a couple of restaurants and dance places. She is a doll. I have tried to reach her by cell and text to no avail. I particularly enjoyed meeting her in La Mina and relaxing with a few beers while listening to the great selection of music in the juke box. In my opinion, things started changing for the worse in Nuevo when the following occurred:

1) Closing of Papaguayos.

2) Closing of La Mina (one of my all time favorite bars in Mexico or anywhere for that matter)

3) The closing of Danash.

Oh these were the good days when these places were open.

Supposedly Pena Nieto is tied to El Chapo and the idea is to defeat all the other cartels leaving less competition less violence and the appearance that he is actually doing something for the country. While filling his pockets.

If they capture El Chapo then I will believe the Govt. is serious.

Of course rumors are flying, security is very tight, but it's anyone's guess what will happen, until when, and if, it does. That said, I would not be surprised to see something happening this weekend. More than just the authorities are worried.

For guys travelling through south texas, they now have a direct flight from reynosa to 4 places in mexico by viva aerobus which will cost you just 150-200 dollars round trip. Besides travel time is under 2 hours. Its great inexpensive airlines which I frequently take crossing the border from mcallen texas to reynosa airport.

Reynosa to veracruz.

R to Mexico city.

R to Guadalahara (Will start from September)

R to Cancun.

I do not suggest Cancun as mongering destination. I have been there but chicas are expensive without GFE.

Veracruz has high potential and is underappreciated. DF and GDL are other options. If anyone wants to go to these places, please let me know. I live in south texas.

Zetas' leader captured.

The leader of the Zetas drug cartel, Miguel Treviño Morales, has been arrested, according to a current and former USA official.

Treviño, who's wanted on multiple indictments in the USA, including five murder charges in Laredo and is allegedly behind 2, 000 killings, was arrested in Mexico, said Mike Vigil, former chief of international operations for the Drug Enforcement Administration.

A current USA law enforcement official speaking on condition of anonymity also confirmed the arrest to the San Antonio Express-News. That official said Treviño was arrested Sunday during a shootout with Mexican military in Nuevo Laredo.

A spokesperson for the Mexican attorney generals office could not confirm the arrest, but said information would be forthcoming later today.

Vigil said Treviño, known by his radio call sign 'El 40, ' was arrested with his nephew by Mexican marines.

The arrest would be the biggest drug war victory for new president Enrique Peña Nieto, who took office late last year. Treviño is considered one of the country's most ruthless gang leaders, and his Zetas' empire is considered the largest drug cartel in Mexico.

'This is a major feather in the cap of Pena Nieto's counter-drug strategy, and is probably one of the more significant arrests in the history of Mexico, ' Vigil said.

Treviño's accused of smuggling tons of cocaine and marijuana into the USA and laundering tens of millions of dollars here through a number of businesses, including horse racing and real estate.

He also stands accused of murder for allegedly ordering five killings in Laredo, but the allegations go farther than that.

His brother and right hand, Omar, known by the call sign 'El 42, ' once bragged to a USA informant that the gang leader had killed more than 2, 000 people. 385 of them USA citizens, according to a search warrant filed last year in a North Texas federal court.

The informant 'asked '42' why he kept count of the murders, ' the affidavit reads. 'Omar Treviño told (the informant) that they just kept record of it. '
