If you're talking on a global scale, my personal recommendations are Athens, GR; Tijuana, MX; and Angeles City, PH.
Nuevo Laredo and Reynosa are practical for people in Central and South Texas that are willing to be prepared to possibly lower the bar, but not exactly something I'd go half way around the planet for.

Back in the day, 2009 is a good year to compare, both Reynosa, and Nuevo Laredo, Boystowns were quite popular. Many girls in both, many customers. Both now are practically dead. Girls are still available in both, but the quantity has diminished dramatically.

So I recently found out that there is a secure walled-in red light district across the border from Laredo, Texas, and it has a few brothels, a police station, and health clinic. Is this for real? This place actually exists?

You are quite wrong. Nuevo Laredo is no where near the mongering destination that Tijuana is. Its like night and day. You should read up on Bbond's posts about NL. He is very knowledgeable and I actually got a chance to meet up with him down there. He knows what he's talking about. The walled red light district that you speak of is disintegrating. The glory days are gone and don't know if the will ever return with the situation going on there. By the way, there are a lot more than 2 clubs in Tijuana that you mentioned. I frequent Tijuana and there is lots to do there if you are adventurous. My advice is to do your research and read, read, read the Nuevo Laredo posts and read, read, read the Tijuana posts or and location that you're interested in. Go back pages and research, compare, make notes and it will help you a lot.

Hahahhahaaa, read the rest of the forum. What you refer to in called Boys Town. It WAS a great place, but is now but a shell of that. Most brothels closed, and the ones the do remain open only occupy but a few girls.
