So life has started to suck or continued to suck here in San Antonio. If it was hard to find Mexican pussy in San Antonio, its now near to impossible. My life has shifted from "Dating" in hopes of finding a partner, to "Dating" just to not be lonely. So I was wondering if any fun can be had in Nuevo Laredo as a weekend activity if say I go there Saturday and come back Sunday. I remember the good old times when downtown was fun (a little dangerous) but fun and gangsters were not people to be scared of if so long as they were not disrespected. Now I am scared to simply have my wallet in my pocket but then again I have not been there in over a decade. So am I worrying to much and can fun be had during the day because I am too chicken shit to be out at night? Should I worry about having a girl come to my room if I find here on face book? Bbond how is it going?

Come on down. If night life scares you. I can be a companion, it's all cool. There are still a few local hard timers available, some quite nice. But you need to know it is no where near what it used to be.

WOW, to drive 1,500 miles to NL? With what NL has to offer, it's worth it?

Been 6 months since I been to NL so I'm coming back next week. 1500 miles trying to decide if I'm take a bus or just drive for my week. Plane is not a option as it kind more of a hassle than anything since I'm 150 miles from nearest major airport and no direct flights and the price tag is ridicules. But anyways I'm probably going to drive there its 22 HR drive vs 43 HR or longer if a bus gets delayed. Any suggestions on a cost effective solution on what to do with the car once I get there would be great. Driving it into mexico and taking it with is possible but lots risk there. Plus I can't take it out of NL and ill be visiting monterey and monclova as well by bus.

Probably won't be going to boys town. I'll be in centro for a day to meet up with one of the girls I used to see. We been in constant contact for past 6 months. Meeting her family and seeing where things go from there.

Hey Mac, thanks for the tip. I have stayed in Fiesta for over 10 years and never knew I could get the knobs from front desk. Hard to believe but during summer the AC in some rooms were too strong. Thus I never looked to see if they can also heat.

I thought the wall units at Hotel Fiesta were a combo ac / heater like the wall units that were in each room at NLBT Papagayos. The wall units at Papagayos were a combo ac / heater. It's been 5 years-2012 since I made my last trip to Nuevo Laredo & it was in August. So I might be wrong / got the old timers & don't remember correctly. I do remember always having to ask for a knob at the front desk at Hotel Fiesta to be able to adjust the AC. There were never any knobs on the wall units in the rooms that I stayed in.

On Friday and Saturday nights, the bar Safari, located directly behind the Montera with the entrance on Pino Suarez, has picked up a lot of that business.

I was driving in the area lost and confused. NL is a lot different in the driver seat. Eventually I turned the controls over to my chica who can navigate the streets better than I can. Plus that made her very happy and I was able to enjoy NL better from the passenger side. Didn't do to much as I pretty much drove 1500 miles and took 2 HR nap in the car was my only stop 23 hrs of driving. Had plans to party at the hotel with couple of the girls but I was just to tired and canceled it until tonight. Hit up the pharmacy for Viagra and Couple BBBJ and dinner with my chica while we watch the super bowl and I was out trying to sleep by 8:30. Tossed her the keys and stack of pesos and let her go have some fun while I slept. Tho that back fired a little as when I woke 3 am I had to call for my car and she didn't want to bring it back till latter. I wasn't having that and we both stubborn as hell. I got the car back after hour of arguing about it she was pissed so no wake up pussy from her. So I had to give another girl a call. She was over in my room in about 20 minutes at 5 am. Viagra really kicks in after you slept seem to get the best results. So I was able to channel my frustration about the car and full effects of the Viagra for hour of just raw pussy pounding. Basic missionary but It was pretty intense and she was so loud I was afraid security would come up and knock on the door. Best 500 pesos I spent so far this trip.

Fist time driving myself across so of course I get flagged into secondary for inspection and was nervous. I had to provide title and registration and ID. They didn't care about insurance or anything else really. After cpl minutes and some basic questions about why I wanted to cross and I was allowed to drive into Mexico. Pretty simple and basically no wait besides the inspection. We will see how returning goes in a few days LOL.

I would park in the Marriott Courtyard hotel parking area there in Laredo, which is about a mile from the border. They have a shuttle that will take you to the border and pick you up. I have parked my car there many times and for many days with no problems. I would not drive into Nuevo Laredo for nothing. Big risk.

I still see a few girls out, but the key word is FEW. And, yes, it appears the Montera has gone the way of the Herradura, closed. Once in a while I see a couple of ex-waiters from there, and even the ex-general manager, none have any hopes of the Montera re-opening.

I know with some settings on Facebook, private messages from people not on a person's friends list goes in a separate folder that doesn't notify you immediately. Have to open that folder manually.

Many people, which did at one point, include me, don't know about that "message request" folder in the PM section of facebook. And the 600 peso girl doesn't accept friend requests, so you'll just have to wait her out and see if she responds.
