This is LEGALIZED PROSTITUTION. The way it should be controlled everywhere. Matamoros used to have a hugh boys town, but it was closed down. Laredo, Progresso, Reynosa still do. Many towns in the Mexican interior also have them as well. It is a walled off part of town, full of ***** houses, titty joints, bars, etc, where police monitor, legal prostitution. Typically there is only one single gated entrance/exit, that is monitored by the local police. They will even charge you $3 or so, just to go in, which is used to pay for the police services. I don't know what gringo came up with the name boystown, but Mexicans call them, "tolerence zones", (zona de tolorancia). It is a civilized approach to protitution. Prostitution has been legalized within the confines of these walls. Many of these towns that have boystowns, have few if any street walkers. Ever since Matamoros closed there's, 10th steet and many other neighborhoods of town are plagued by steet walkers, (many of whom are disease riden, and/or dangerous criminals). Not coincidentally, 10th street is the highest crime area of Matamoros. And that is the purpose of a zone. Keep it all confined to a single place, control it, and do not tolerate street walkers. Most tolorence zones in Mexico also monitor closely the health of the ladies who work there, with weekly physicals required. Matamoros still requires that of all titty dancers. Ie a second social benefit.

Mexico is an old world country in many ways. Certainly more Europeon than the USA. And this is one of the benifits. Remember the scandle from the legitimate press when Nevada legalized prostitution in the USA. It's always been legal in Mexico. The USA prefers to ignore the world's oldest profession, and allow it, titty joints, and porno shops to invade any neighborhood. In that sense, Mexicans do a better job of protecting their children, and their neighborhoods.

Matamoros Hotel for less than $85/nite.

Motel Paraiso is very close to Paradise Club. Its a no tell, motel. 200 pesos for four hours. Its about six blocks past Paradise, on the left. Just take Lauro Villar, the Beach Highway, towards the beach.

There are many, many others along that stretch, and all are cheaper. They have the world's largest jacuzi in suite 15 I think it is, which is big enough for 3 or 4 couples. It has two hugh private bed rooms also. The place is clean, and the room service food is great.

There is are many other regular type hotels downtown, that go for around 30 a night also, but i never stay in them. So I don't know which to recommend.

Leslie will probably be there since the girls get hugh fines for not showing up. But if not, then ask for Lluvia. Less english, but bigger tits, haha. And a voluptuous 21 year old, who is a good girl with a heart of gold. And she has a car which might be helpful. Paradise girls are all nice kids, who you will be very happy to have met. Treat them with respect, and they will show you the time of your life.

She might want $200 for an all nighter however. Keep in mind that no clubs in Matamoros take credit cards. So bring plenty of cash. Your USA ATM card however works well in the many 24 hour automatic tellers, so make sure you bring that. And the machines will dispense pesos, which are handy to have, but not necessary.

If I were you I would fly down to Brownsville on continental, and ask any cab driver to take you to the Residencial Hotel in matamoros. It's an old Holiday Inn, has a beautiful pool that the titty dancers love to swim in, and is only around $85 a nite. I always stay there. Its clean and nice, and since you wanna spend some time with your girl, as I allways do, you gotta remember America won't let you bring em back to Brownsville. Thus, you need a Matamoros hotel.

Then just jump in a hotel cab and ask him to take you to Paradise Club. Tell em your a friend of Steve's at the door, and they will take good care of you. Then ask any waiter for Leslie, she speaks perfect English, and is slender and attractive. But like the guys said, you gotta win their confidence before they will leave with you. After you have romanced her a bit, I would offer her $100 to $150 to spend the night with you. Make sure you tell her its the hotel residencial and to bring her bathing suit. If you can talk her into it, I think the club will penalize her $40/hour for the salida. Since it closes at 4am, just count the hours before closing.

There are many other good lookers there, and Paradise has the best in town, but few speak english well. However they know whats expected of them, and somehow the language barrier only seems to be a true barrier in the first five minutes or so.

If you hit it off with Leslie, I'm sure she will show you all the ropes in Matamoros, and after her, you will feel like a pro.

I beg to differ with my two friends who have been counselling you, but boys town can be a bit rough at times. Your much safer in the well organized and operated Paradise Club. The girls are all health checked weekly, and know that if they were to steal from you or something, then they will loose their jobs.

Your right about one thing. I've been all over the world, and I wouldln't go back to asia if you gave me a free trip. The girls are titless, assless, and the flight is a killer. Whatever you save on the cheap girls, you blow in airfare, expensive hotels, and time away from the office.

Sounds like your expectations could be a little high. Cherubino's first Mexican mongering experiences 20 years ago were disappointing to say the least but you know what they say: even when it is bad it is still pretty good!

If your Spanish is poor you will not find that to be an insurmountable problem especially on the border. Even in Mexico City the girls know a little English and a few words of Japanese. Look for a friendly English-speaking waiter to help you out.

Without language skills, don't be surprised if you end up paying damn near double for everything until you get the swing of things. It is not that you are getting ripped off so much as you are not getting the advantage of bargaining.

BT must be the safest neighborhood in NL with all the police there. In other cities it is common for the house to hire a belador (watchman) to keep an eye on the parking lot. An interesting thing to note in Mexico is the number of automotive service shops with expensive tools left out in the open at night and no doors on the building; it is cheaper to hire a belador to stand guard than to buy those expensive overhead doors.

Cherubino has always found the standards of personal hygiene of the girls in the clubs, houses and massage parlors to be very good all over Mexico. The girls share your same concerns because more than once Cherubino worked up a sweat on the dance floor and has been led through the shower on the way to the bed. Taking your girl with you to the shower is the best way to make sure she is not alone in the room with your wallet. If you see the place where the towels are kept, pay the attendant $1 or $2 for an extra towel.

As to the guided tours to Asia, Cherubino has a lot of fond memories of the Pacific Rim but flying across that International Date Line is a killer. Mexico is so damn close!

Yes it is safe to park at any hotel and it is safe to park in Boys Town. If you get too drunk to drive back to your hotel take a taxi back and your car will be fine when you return the next day for it. Boys Town has a police station inside and they patrol constantly.

There are several hotels. Probally for a 1st timer I would stay at the Hotel Reforma as it is near centro and you can check out the downtown area in the daytime. If you find your all night girl she can stay there with you no problem. It is an old hotel but clean, very safe and IMHO they make the best Margaritas in Nuevo Laredo in their bar.

Keep in mind this is the post for Matamoros and I am talking about Nuevo Laredo which is about 5 hours west of here. Avoid the Boys Town in Reynosa. Matamoros has some action but it has no Boys Town. For Matamoros info Easyrider is your man.

As for the guided tours there is a guy in Houston that takes tours to Ciudad Acuna from Houston. There you stay in the rooms on the premises so your chance of an all nighter are there but you will most likely need to shell out a few $$$. *****housetoursdotcom

If you are not strong in Spanish I would suggest you go to Boys Town as you will be able to find english speaking gringos here that will always add recent helpful advice.

I agree if you are coming down for a weekend why spend it with one girl. Get a hotel close to Boys Town or wherever and see how many girls you can do in a weekend. If you find one that is a firecracker see if you can make a deal with her for the entire night but any girl in Boys Town is going to want a minimum of $100 a night and probally more. $200 is more like it plus you have to pay the bar fine $30 at Marabu, $35 at Tamykos, $50 at New Shamrock and pretty much the same at any other bar.

Like I said in my earlier post to be a V.I.P. in Boys Town takes several trips as you have to gain the trust in the girls. They have been lied to so much that until they see they don't believe.
