Certain countries don't follow WHO / CDC guidelines.

I was told by immigration authorities of my country in writing that if I visit yellow fever designated country even with low mode of transmission and if I do not take yellow fever vaccine then they have to quarantine me for period of 6 days.

Had been to Mexico city lately and had a very good experience. Good people and food.
