I don't understand the HB. I haven't been there since March but had the same experience and thought it was over priced for the area. If there's 35 girls and no guys how do they expect to make any money and how come they don't seem to understand this? Bar remodel is nice but not worth it IMHO. Moe, I believe it's the mentality of management that tells these working ladies that they can ask for those prices. The HB re-models everything, even upstairs and the belief is that the girls can charge more. Disposable income for playing isn't like it used to be. The trickle down effect. I tried explaining that to one of the girls, but she countered that American's are wealthy. I kinda laughed. I agree also the HB re-model is nice, but isn't the same. The male bathroom is always clean and functional, that's an improvement. If the HB can just tell the DJ to turn down the music, maybe they might get a few more people to hanging around. IMHO.

Been hitting up the The Door and Hawaii Bar when I can't see my dental assistant girl. Both club's are are kinda dead per se. The Hawaii seems to have the most girls from Thursday to Sunday. Thursday late afternoon to the evening time, there are about 35+ girls working, but hardly any guys. Went last Sunday afternoon and was quoted $150.00 dollars. I politely declined. She asked why, I told her too expensive for 30 minutes. Then I proceeded to inform her that there's no $150 dollars walking into the bar and that she should re-think her prices. The Door was quiet too. Lot's of tattooed girls, if that's your thing. At least at the Door, you can hold a conversation w / o yelling across the table, unlike the Hawaii Bar. One of the bro's hooked up with a girl, started at $100 but ended negotiating down to $70 dollars. Took him a while, but he applied the same logic that I used in the Hawaii Bar. YMMV when negotiating with the girls.

All told, had a good time and no line to walk back across.
