Why does the border close at 2 pm? Do they reopen entry back up later in the day or not? This is walking through the station, correct? What about driving there? Thank you.

The DHS and the MX gov't having been closing the borders early since the start of COVID-19. Alogodones used to stay open to 10 PM and East Port in Calexico to 12 Midnight. At this time, both ports close at 2 PM. The driving line closes promptly at 2 pm, both sides. The walking line will stay open to accommodate the people in line to get across. If there's no line, they will close the gates at 2 pm. September 20 or 21st there should be another review in which DHS & MX will either keep the hours the same or revert to the old hours, or maybe a modification. Who knows.

I can't speak for Fryer but every time I've been down recently there's been no issues. I've never waited in line going into Algodones and never had them question me returning to the US. Pretty kicked back at this crossing but the border still closes at 2 pm. Moe.

Are there any providers in Algodones? I'm not really into bar girls I've checked and tried everything from Tinder to classifieds and nothing.

You might find one or two, but I don't know of any. Most of the dental hygienist's live in Cuervos or Mexicali. It's pretty tight lipped.

Thanks Moe. You are correct, no issues. They have some new Immigration Inspectors work there, so they might be more inquisitive than the others. Just roll with their questions, be polite, and you'll have no problems. I personally and my friends leave the bar about 1:30 pm and make our way to the border.

How much flak did you get going in? Did you have to fill out a form and lie on it telling them that you were seeing a dentist so that your visit was essential? Coming back did the us border patrol question you?

Went to Algodones this past Sunday with friends. Got there about 11:00 am, 8 to 10 girls working. First dance started about 12 noon. There were one or two girls that were doable. Mx beers still $2 dollars. Ficha drinks are $10 dollars. Stayed till 1:30 pm, then left for the border. No line for walking, the car line was up the hill. Mask sure you bring your mask when re-entering the USA Border Crossing Station. They have posted signs saying you must mask-up upon entering. The Immigration personnel were reminding everyone in the walking line. Just FYI.

No the Hawaii club / bar is closed due to re-modeling. According to the workers, it's looking like November for re-opening. They have gutted out the inside and the upstairs rooms. They're building a second floor. We'll see if it gets done in November.

Taylor and a short haired blond girl named Daniela. Too many tattoo's for my taste. Stay till 1:30 pm, then left for the border. No line for walking, the car line was up the hill. Earlier walked by Hawaii, the construction crews have gutted out the inside and are adding a second floor with the rooms being remodeled as well. The workers said in November should be completed.

Went to Algodones on Tuesday 7/20. Got my haircut and then off to the Green Door. Probably around noon. I was shocked at the number of girls working. Maybe 8! I was thinking wtf are they doing here because there's no customers. Chit chatted with Nayeli, 36 from Tijuana with braces. Spoke good English so I bought her a few beers. Other girls were average looking. I did notice one cutie maybe early to mid 20's, long black hair and pretty face. Dressed in regular clothes but nice natural titties and juicy fat ass. I'll be looking for her next time. Again, border closes at 2 so I had to bounce. Stopped in at del Pueblo viejo for a margarita and an enchilada plate. I hate to bash any restaurant right now because of their situation but I was not impressed with the food and prices were american prices. Everybody seems optimistic about the border staying open later but I've been hearing the same thing last 5 or 6 times I've been down. I'll believe it when I see it. Moe.

Thanks for the info Fryer and Moe. Do you guys live in Yuma. I'm down here in Long Beach and there is a chance that my work will relocate to Yuma next January. Would really like to know what it is like living there. Thanks.

Less crowded, less expensive. July, August and September are the worst three months for heat so set up your vacations during those months and head back to Long Beach or out to San Diego. SD and Tijuana are about a three hour drive. No traffic unlike Long Beach to the border where it could take up to five hours because of stop and go bullshit. Moe.
