Memo, I went over last week for some meds. Border crossing times are still the same. Next week, Thursday or Friday the US / MX official's should announce either a continuance or a rollback the border crossing times back to normal. Hopefully they rollback to normal. Talk with Jorge at the Door and he's running about 20 girls on the weekends. The bar stays open to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Closes early on the weekdays.

"Cute" is subjective and the Green Door is well known in these parts. Google images even shows they've updated their store front to attract more visitors. The past 10 or so years, the Hawaii Club has had better talent but it sounds like they are closed until covid decreases. In normal times, you shouldn't be paying more than $100 US for "aribba" in Algodones. Don't be tricked by the dark rooms, make sure your cerveza is unopened, and be wary of the mixed drinks. LOL.

Three or four years ago I finally made an effort to visit the "Casino" sports book after the chatter at the Q poker room. While laughing to myself, I quickly left to purse other Algodones endeavors.

Check Mexicali boards for hobby activities closer to SD. There is parking at the border in Calexico.

Where else can you go to get your teeth whitened and then you can help whiten the teeth of some fellow ladies there?

$10 overnight parking in the lot. No reason to drive there.

Green Door open 24/7 at least on weekend now.

Only 3 or 4 restaurants besides Green Door but seemed like they all closed super early. Town is dark! I think from Covid. But it was safe.

Ok, secrets of the Green Door.

#1 I was surprised how cute many of these chicks were and surprised how more people don't know this place is even here!

#2 80-100 I was able to quote down. But, remember you have to pay a $25 room fee. Also, I would only advise buying lady drinks for girls you are seriously considering as the drinks add up fast.

#3 I would bring about $200 if you want to really ensure an excellent time when you include the above. But, I was able to get numbers for any I asked and they will come to your hotel. No one was in a hurry either, so you if you wish to develop a thing with a chica it is very doable.

If you are in SD and need a change, or PHX or Tucson or anywhere in AZ I would take the trip for sure.

Jim, check out this link: https://www.californiacomfortandsuites.com/ They are girl friendly and you drive or walk to the Green Door from the hotel. They speak English too!. At this time, the Algodones border closes at 3 pm Arizona time, 2 pm PST. That being said, CBP & the Mx gov't should be coming out this week to tell us if the hours are going to stay the same, or go back to normal. I would look for an announcement between Tuesday thru Thursday time frame.

Moe, right now you can eat outside and maybe order alcohol, unless they opened the inside for dinning. I believe at this time, it's just a place to bet and bounce. El Pariso across from Caliente is open for food and drinks.

I've yet to find caliente sports book! I'll have to look it up. I went last Wednesday, Jan 27. Got down around noon, got a haircut and then busted over to the green door. Maybe 5 chicas working. Met a chica named Adriana from cuiliacan and another chica with a funky name that I can't remember from chihuahua. The girl from chihuahua was cute. 28, long black hair, in tight black shorts with a skin tight half shirt. We drank for a little while and she wanted to go arriba but I had to go have lunch and get back across. I'the like to hook up with this girl. La parilla for lunch and then back across. The girls told me Mon Tues and Wed the bar closes at 2 pm and then the rest of the week open late with live music on the weekends. Had a much better time last week than I did a couple of months ago. Would still like to see the border stay open later so I don't always feel in a hurry. Moe.

Moe, the Caliente Sports Book can located by turning right at the first intersection. After turning right, keep walking straight past the mobile taco stand (Manalo's) and past the glass front dentist office. The right side of the sidewalk opens up to a outside parking lot / dining area, that's the Caliente parking lot. Go through the glass entrance door and now you're in the Sports book.

Yumadude, Yes the border still closes at 2 pm California time, 3 pm Arizona time. The Green Door is open, but there is no dancing and the girls that are there keep their street clothes on. So far, there's only been 1 to 3 girls working. Now that the holidays are over, maybe some more girls will start working again. Hawaii won't open for a long while, no kitchen on the premises, so it can't open. Hopefully I answered your questions.
