Following the recommendation I started walking south on Calle Ignacio Manuel Altamirano. This was early, 1:30-ish There were 5 or 6 girls in front of Hotel 16 De Septiembre, 2 to my liking. Quoted price for all inclusive was $25. I wanted to look inside the Playboy club first and check other locations so I passed and walked past the other hotels in around that block.
