First, get a SENTRI pass, no wait in line. I drive a "throw away" car, worth nothing. I value my freedom and Mexocan cops look for gringo stops aka California plates for a $20 bribe.

For those who walk. Right, left, repeat a few times. This will take you to the zone. I start at bar gall giro, a bum bar, cheap beer. Some go to playboy club but girls outside hotel posts do. Most of the day.

Other options. Cross on foot and go to left. Cason's is more high end so you will spend $100+ for a good time.

I have not been to Mexicali in over a year been going to Tijuana. I will be in Mexicali on a Tuesday night. I used to go to Bar San Diego for action but I am wondering if that is still a good option or should I hit Playboy or another club? I tend to like girls more on the petite to medium size than big tits and ass. Thanks for any suggestions.

Following the recommendation I started walking south on Calle Ignacio Manuel Altamirano. This was early, 1:30-ish There were 5 or 6 girls in front of Hotel 16 De Septiembre, 2 to my liking. Quoted price for all inclusive was $25. I wanted to look inside the Playboy club first and check other locations so I passed and walked past the other hotels in around that block. I settled into the Playboy club and immediately dragged to a dark booth by Lizbet. I was very engrossed with her for quite a while, and only noticed that at that time of a Friday afternoon there were only 3-4 girls and customers. Please ask for Lizbet, worth the time and an extra bit of money. Total cost was $110, that included her, room, water and cokes for me, drinks for her, and that all important exit fee. Yes, I could have done a bit better but do not regret it given the experience with her. I did not make it back to the hotel and the SGs, next time I will start there. I do not see what the big deal with La Conga is. I did not see anything at all, but maybe I just missed the back door. Walked other streets, and stopped to eat, rest, made it to La Casona around 5:00. Very pretty girl approached me and we fondled a bit in the booth, but I want to try a massage so took it no further. That total La Casona experience would also have been $100-ish, with the room upstairs rather than the hotel next door like the Playboy club. Taxi to Cleopatra's is $4. I could not understand the young lady I think she was saying Jenny or something close. Total there was $70, half room rent, half her for an hour. She was very pretty and nicely built. The other two available were heavier and I prefer petite. The massage itself was just OK, but she was disappointing, just oral and she did not get completely nude. I did not elect to stay the evening and crossed the border at 8:30, absolutely no one in line. Took less than five minutes in border restricted zones, and I walk slow. I did spend the night in Yuma ready for LOS Algodones. Trip continued in that forum. I have one more weekend to play. I may go back to Mexicali this coming weekend and will try to report on SGs and La Casona. By the way, I8 is torn up in that Yuma to Calexico area, lots of construction and somewhat slow. Just be aware.

Thanks Latin Bound. I had a similar thought as I planned out this weekend. Yours is nice and specific. I plan on going to Mexicali tomorrow, coming from Phoenix metro, arriving early afternoon. Not optimal, but best overall. The one place I have frequented is the Playboy Cafe and will return, with possible detours first. Will visit LOS Algodones Saturday. I will be wearing "Duke" baseball style cap should any other avid readers be in either place. I will let all know how I fare Sunday.

I am planning a visit on the 19th. Only there once before. Recommendations? Suggestions? Unsure of the one club I visited. Also unsure about an overnight visit. What would it take to have a warm body for the night?

You posted in the Algodones post so Ill answer both in one. Depends on your hours. You can go to Algodones and leave before the border closes. You can drive to Mexicali (about an hour and change), and it will be early enough for an overnight stay. If you do that, my route would be after crossing the border, walk by 16 de Septiembre hotel for a SW. Depending of your skills, 200 to 400 pesos would give you a ST. Then, walk to Playboy's. Another few bars and hotels on the way. You can stop in all, but I would go to Playboy first. Then, if you still looking for high end, you can always do Miau, Miau. Afterwards, a room in Chinesca for the overnight stay. SW's in the area might foot the bill. If not, cross you can always cross the border. Is 24 hours.

Last few Saturday nights I've been there it's been dead with local walkers and semi-pros. Some speculate it's the policia arresting girls without health cards. One regular monger told me it's busier weeknights, these days, than Saturdays. Anyway, maybe it's a moot point with the triple digit heat approaching.

I have a regular in Mexicali that uses Uber. So far, the service has been excellent. Nevertheless, she now calls directly a specific driver. If you are interested, I'll ask her for the information if it's available.

Frankly, I would avoid a mid-day romp in Mexicali. What is available at mid-day is 1/100th of what is available after 9 pm.

If I had to romp in the mid-day, I'd take my chances at Cleopatra. Did that once and got an okay looking lady, but who worked hard and was friendly.

But I repeat, looking for fun mid-day is a huge waste of time. There is a time and a place for everything and mid-day in Mexicali isn't it. For mid-day fun, you're better off making a 2 hour drive to Tijuana and a 2 hour drive back.

Hmmm. Maybe I just had beginners luck in Algodones. Went mid day on a Saturday to Hawaii Club a few weeks ago. Had a good luck, with a lot of options there to choose from. The girl I was with came over from Tijuana. Only works Fri / Sat. I just figured Mexicali had more to offer than Algodones. And it's one hour closer for me.

Frankly, I would avoid a mid-day romp in Mexicali. What is available at mid-day is 1/100th of what is available after 9 pm.
