One short stop may not be a fair analysis. Mexicali is up and down depending on a number of factors. I feel badly for your experience. Having experienced the zone for 30 years it does change. Mxl is a farm labor community and has over 1 mil persons. You do the math. There are diamonds in the rou and man hotties working for "milk money" forth kids. Imagine being blessed with good genes, fantastic looks and bod but being 19-23 with 1-2 kids. Everything is relative. May I suggest a wing man next time? Again, some things take time and Mxl is not TG or Adelitas. Enjoy.

How is Bar San Diego BSD Haven't been there is a few months and the last time I was there was not impressed.

I was there Halloween night 2015. It wasn't good. Saw two 6's walking in. This was around 9 pm. I ordered a drink and watched the baseball game. Around 9:30 in walked 2 younger chicas. Still no more than 6 but younger in their 20's. I figured what the heck, they are fresh and I was horny. So I did partake with one of the young'them. The hotel room next door are under remodeling so had to get a taxi to another designated hotel. Total cost: 570 P for chica and bar, +50 p for taxi and 200 p for the room. Exchange rate was in my favor so wasn't too bad. The service was fair.

I will be spending Thanksgiving.

In Mexicali as I am not into the holiday thing back in the USA I will be staging out of Hotel Chinesa arriving on Wednesday. I plan on spending 3 days over there. I will post results from my recon while I am there.

I checked out Hotel Reforma near Meau Meau and it was 170 pesos for 4 hours. Do you know the approximate rates for Zeus and.

How long of a block you have to buy?

The rates are slightly higher on the weekends, and normally your buying a 4 hour block of time. I think the weekday prices run about $280 to $350 pesos. Weekends are more.

There are 2 or 3 Love Hotels on the road going to the airport. One of hotel (s) in named Zeus and the other 2 I can't remember. If your in the centro civio area, the hotel Sami is on the main drag.

Thanks for the update. How was the selection? Which motel did you end up going to?

Actually that night I had couple of drinks, talked to Castillo and the new Manager and left. The San Diego Bar has a new Manager. The selection that night was very good. There were about eight girls. Much better than I had seen before. Although I should say last time I was there and took a girl to the room was about tow years ago. Back then I felt the quality was very low so I stopped going. What I said about being aware of the Police was based on talking that night to few others in the Bar. Suzi who is a bartender and also one of the available girls at San Diego Bar was one of the girls who had that experience.

Sorry that no one has responded to your post. I haven't been to Mexicali in years but if memory serves me there used to be relatively few options for lodging within walking distance of the border. Are you looking for something better than the Chinesca? Years ago I spent the night at the Hotel Reforma which is across the street from the Miau Miau strip club but I certainly wouldn't claim it was a good hotel then let alone now.

I need some information on where to go and where to stay. I usually frequent Tijuana when the opportunity presents, and Nogales because of the shorter travel distance. Everything should be within walking distance from the border.

Been to Mexicali once on a westward trip to San Diego so did not have much time. I was a good experience, and some place, do not know, but I do know that it was close to the Hotel Chinesca. Too close to the door to see a sign above.

I require a good hotel, not extravagant, but of course must be girl friendly.

Which of the clubs would be best for an afternoon trip?

Then I am looking for some company for the evening in the comfort of my own hotel room. She can stay the night or not. Where do the hawkers hang out, can the hotel doorman be approached? What are the rules or accepted customs of asking a club girl? What about actual escorts or as Granjefe mentions below just finding a street girl?

Just be aware sometimes the police can take advantage of this situation and stop you because you have a working girl in your car. If you want to be on the safe side, go to the Motel separately. Some of the girls have car too so she can drive her own car.
