Went to Establo again. Price for 1 hour is exactly 1500 pesos + 20 pesos for the cover (about USD 85). You have a 40 min option too, but the girls try to get you to pick the 1 HR option. I just consider this as their version of a tip and do not mind.

FWIW the streets in the zona last night (Friday night) were roughly 50% ladyboys. As for the real ladies. All the pharmacies carry ed meds. You can also get generic in Viagra. There are plenty of available med at all pharmacies.

Also, any recommendations as to weather going to Cleopatra's or Prestige Spa?

Mexicali does in fact issue health cards. However I don't have any current info as to how strict their enforcement is.

I tried out Establo and it was good. Fixed prices so you don't have to play the negotiation game with the girls.

One question I do have though: do the girls in Mexicali carry health cards? I asked but was never shown the cards in either Establo or Miau Miau. In Tijuana, they promptly pull out the cards and show it to you.

I don't have an update but I wanted to let people know that you can now use Uber because they just began service in Mexicali. This is quite a turnaround because at one point the mayor had said there was no room for Uber in the state capital.

Any updates on the remodeling at BSD?

I went to Mexicali on Sat 27 Feb 2016. I was there from 12 noon to 8 pm. The girls that work in front of the motels are offering full service for 30 minutes for only 250 pesos. The exchange rate at the casa de cambios was 17.30. So 250 pesos is $14.45 usd. So less than $15 for 30 minutes full service. The girls might try to charge American guys more money. You can tell the girls "Mexicans pagan doscientos cincuenta pesos. Yo pago doscientos cincuenta pesos. " To get the best prices you can learn to say a few things in Spanish or use Google translate on your smart phone. Type it in and have the girl read it in Spanish on your phone. Hotel Chinesca is the best place to stay. Lots of girls outside the hotels. There is Hotel Pacifico on Benito Juarez street, Hotel Paris on Sebastian Lerdo street. There are 4 or 5 hotels on Sebastian Lerdo. There are 2 hotels on Benito Juarez where girls work and stand in front or close by. There are clubs and bars where girls work also. Playboy Club on Sebastian Lerdo, El Gato Negro on Sebastian Lerdo. Probably saw 25 to 30 girls working in front of the hotels on Saturday and the prices are very cheap. Remember to always pay in pesos for the best prices.
