I actually parked my car there for 4 nights once without issue. I was in Mexicali for other reasons than our favorite hobby, I had some surgery. In fact, if you need any medical procedures that your insurance will not cover, Mexicali is an awesome place to go. Surgeries for 1/3 the cost. Anyway, sorry to get off topic, it is true the parking lot does have a lot of pot holes. It is not paved so when you pick up your car it will be covered in dust so you will probably want to wash it. Other than that though it is a good place for long term parking.

The only place I've seen that has overnight parking on the US side is Double AA parking on E 2nd St just west of the 111. The only feedback I can find is on Local. Com and it was back in 1997 where someone complained that they had their license plate stolen.
Has anyone used this place recently and has security improved? Or, is there any other options for overnight / extended parking?

With the help of my wing man RX Racer I navigated your map which is very insightful. You obviously put much effort into it.
Thanks again,

Posts: 79[QUOTE=Chica Luv; 1098198]Here is a basic listing for some of the hotels in Mexicali. Several of which have been talked about here on the Board.
I found the below list helpful when doing a search for internet price specials and / or reservations. I found that if I didn't type in the EXACT name of the hotel, I often could not pull it up on the web.
An example is Hotel Del Sol. Which is often listed as Hotel Villa del Sol, Blvd. López Mateos why Fuerza Aérea #133 Which, like MrWoolyBooly, I too use. Good price, nice people, clean and good location.
I'll be in Mexicali this week Thursday-Tuesday bird hunting by day and chica hunting by night.
