Regio Escorts targets customers who are mainly foreigners and men from other Mexican states, there are some funny incidents in which they served as a "marriage agency" by accident, like when one of most attractive VIP escorts got married to an Englishman (after the guy saw the escort he invited her to "Paseo San Pedro", start dating her and later got married, took her "flashy" new wife to England). Also the "Marcella" in Allende Street is a true classic (600 pesos per fuck) , other well known massages parlors are the "Osiris", and "Barrio Antiguo Spa" (this last I've heard good things about it) and at last but not least the infamous "Pink House" which offers decent prices and girls.
