Has anyone been to Medellin, Colombia? How does Monterrey compare to Medellin? Was thinking about going there, but flight is a bit more expensive.

MTY is much better for me, especially San Pedro. Better food, weather, tall skinny natural girls, service way better in MTY. MTY can be expensive. Colombia is cheaper, but depending on your standard, you could get by cheap in MTY, San Pedro no.

I was just in Mty and stayed at La Quinta downtown. It was just ok, the hotel looked very tired and in need of renovation.
