i have often wondered what percentage of the female population in mexico has turned a trick or two in their lives, during the period of their lives when they were desireable young girls.

i have heard it said when having this kind of discussion, a comparison between what motivates our "amigas," versus the way the good girls conduct themselves, that most of the female population of mexico do not and have never prostituted themselves.

i've heard it said that the deeply conservative attitudes of mexican society keeps a huge majority of mexican girls from even considering such a vocation, whether they are single mothers having diffucult circumstances or not.

i agree that many girls are single mothers, and that many of them say they do it for the kids, sick mothers/fathers, younger brothers and sisters, etc...but, how many of the "good girls" in mexican society have the same sets of circumstances, but refuse to prostitute themselves, instead choosing to live their lives in accordance with society's expectations of them?

i have a personal conflict, one in which i have a huge amount of compassion for the pros i know and like. but, at the same time, i also realize that if my theories about them are true, and i can truly understand what kinds of events in their lives have brought them to a decision to prostitute themselves, then perhaps i can also provide them, through the quality of my approach to them, something that will also naturally translate into gfe for me.

i always try to understand what actually motivates the girls beyond the obvious. there is much more that motivates them beyond the obvious financial opportunities, something emotional. either that, or all the female population of mexico would be hookers on account of need.

it has been my experience that while the girls say they prostitute themselves for "virtuous" reasons, such as family, they're actually doing so as a result of their being emotionally damaged goods. they have decided that their virtuosity is of no value, usually the result of ruined relationships where they have given up all hope of ever being fulfilled in their lives, deciding instead to use their physical assets to make life a little easier in lieu of anticipating a potentially satisfying love life.

anyway, i attempt to dig deeper so that the quality of our encounters have something more meaningful in it for them, something that perhaps satsifies the void within them, the void that motivates them to enter a business that is otherwise austensibly stauchly avoided by their peers....

unless, of course, the theory is true that most mexicanas are actually hookers at some point in their lives due to financial need, a circumstance that i have been assured by most mexicanos is not the case.

if my theories about emotionally damaged goods being the primary cause of their decisions to prostitute themselves is true, over and above financial need, and that such a circumstance is the potential psychological key to exceptional gfe, then delving into their psychology is of huge paramount importance in cultivating gfe.

anyway, even though i feel sorry for them, i see no reason why, if they have made their decision to prostitute themselves anyway, that it can't be a win/win situation. they get my money, and, if my theories are correct, they also get something emotionally nurturing that might be a little more than the average girl is expecting. i get a nice gfe, perhaps one that has a little more sincerity than the average encounter, and sometimes a lot more.

most girls are beyond reach. most have erected a wall to protect them from any vulnerability. but, some are still emotionally reachable, and can be romanced. those are the girls i search for. they are not commonly found, and they required a lot of work. but, ultimately, they are as close to a "real girlfriend" as you will ever get with a hooker.

that is the ultimate gfe. i believe that horny and emotionally committed hooker is so much more skilled with respect to all things sexual. gfe with a sincerely emotionally committed hooker is better than you will typically experience with a "good girl" girlfriend, imho.

mexican girls, with respect to sexuality and personality, put most norte americanas to total and complete shame in almost every respect concerning the way they handle their sexuality. even when i compare the quality of the hookers of mexico to the hookers of north america, there is still no comparison in the superior attitude and performance of mexican hookers versus the ones in the us.

but, that having been said, it makes it also seem that perhaps mexican girls are signficantly more open to contemplating the "professional" life than the girls of north america. does that mean they all experience a higher percentage of failed relationships compared to their peers in north america?

you see, i hear them articulate the reasons they do what they do, but i do not believe them. not that they are lying, but they are justifying their behavior with their own sense of virtuosity, so they feel better about what they do. their reasons are much more intrinsic, part of their emotional vulnerability. they are not really, imho, doing it for virtuous reasons...it is much deeper than that, and not nearly as altruistic as it may appear.

that is why, if i have feelings of compassion for them, it is not compassion for their financial need, but compassion that they have felt the need to abandon their virtuosity for reasons that are emotionally deep within them. i feel sorry for them because they are lost souls, in need of a nurturing environment, and environment that illudes them, or one that they have apparently not experienced, one that they have given up all hope in finding.

so, what percentage of the attractive girls of mexico peddle themselves in some form or another during the times in their lives when they are most attractive? and, of that percentage that chooses to do so, what percentage of them are actually doing it out of need versus convenience, lazyness, greed, lust, emotional void, etc...i don't really know the answer.

and, while mj says that these kinds of issues are not generally a topic he typically brings up, it is a topic that is absolutely the gyst of everything to do with gfe...understanding what motivates the girls.

he is right in pointing out that to the average visitor who only occassionally enters into a particular mongering venue, these issues are of little value. because, you have to be within an environment long enough to actually know the girls to some extent. but, for those that are seeking gfe opportunties, and for those that regularly visit a specific single venue for more than a few days, these issues are at the core of actually realizing and experiencing gfe to its fullest potential.

I agree with your post completely...

Why spend a lot of money on drinks when you just don't know if you will ever really get anything more than a peck on the cheek? I like to primarily utilize the privados first, even before buying them a drink.

I understand the natural aversion to them approaching you for drinks, that it's a good sign that they are just too mercenary.

Many times, when they approach me, and if they have the look I like, I will stand up and lead them immediately to the privados (50 pesos) in lieu of a first drink, realizing that they may be the mercenary type. But, sometimes, even when they are mercenary, they are still good at their jobs...rare but sometimes. If they are decent in the privados first, then I might graduate to a drink or two to make friends. And, if they are proven providers, I will patronize them in the clubs both with drinks and with privados. That is part of the game...keeping them interested.

Within the privados, I get everything out of the way...Hace Salidas?, How Much?, When?, How Long? What they Like and Don't Like?...and the biggest question of all...Is there any chemistry for GFE?

At least I can hear them in the privados. In my neck of the woods, it's so noisy in most of the strip clubs that I can't usually hear them anyway, so buying them drinks has little value in actually determining their potential. Within the privados the interviewing process is much more productive.

But, the down side is, I probably spend the same, or possibly even more money on them, usually over a shorter period of time, unless they drink really fast, by using the privados compared to buying them several drinks. But, it's usually time well spent in the privados versus on drinks. It's seemingly more efficient at determining their potential without wasting time.

So, right off the bat, we are working at a disadvantage. That's why we have to approach the whole process of finding the right chica for FS with a kamikaze strategy. In an out, get what you want and leave- and show no weakness.

If I see a new girl at a club that catches my eye, I immediately ask her to come over and have a drink with me. I almost never invite a girl who approaches me for a drink. Too mercenary. I observe how she drinks the drink. A guzzle and a plea for another gets her pretty ass booted. If she lets you fondle and grope to your heart's content, that is a good sign. Personally, I'm not one of those guys who gropes a girl at the table, but simple hand-holding and kisses on the cheek will let me know if this girl is a keeper or a dead fish. Anyway, if the chica doesn't chug her sugar water, I ask for a privada. If the privada is hot and I'm allowed a lot of physical contact, she is usually a keeper and I try to go in for the kill (aka the FS or salida). If I can;t get anything from this chica, I will cut her loose before she has a chance to order another drink. In this case, you are down 200 pesos, but at least you got a good privada and some intimate time with the chica. Then you can move on to the next chica and try the same process.

These girls are very good at milking you for money and they will hint at sex forever so that you can keep buying them drinks and getting privadas. Believe me, if you can't get a firm commitment from them about sex in the time it takes to drink a chica drink and give a privada, then it most probably will not be worth the time. Then again, if you like the girl's company and don't care about FS, buying drinks might be the way to go. I know there have been time where I've bought a chica several drinks or a pitcher so that we can continue talking...some girls are special like that.

The real key to getting laid and getting out is to tip the boleteros and/or waiters generously. Give them a big taste up front and promise to give some more on the way out. Upon entering a new club, I tip the friendliest looking boletero 200 pesos and whisper in his ear that I'm looking to get laid and who are the chicas who give FS and/or go on salidas- and that you will give him another generous tip if you leave the club happy . The greed usually takes them over and you get presented a steady stream of FS-friendly chicas. You just saved some money and a whole lot of time in finding the chicas who will put out quickly. I almost never get shafted by these boleteros because I am a very generous and discreet tipper. And, even if these guys just give me the runaround, I really didn't lose that much money. But 99% of the time they direct me right to the loosest of the loose. It's also a good method to pit two boleteros against each other by saying that you're looking for a good FS provider and that you'll give another big tip to the one who finds that special chica for you. The competition will make them work harder and more seriously.

Also, another key to not spendng a lot on chica drinks is to go to the lower-end clubs where the drinks are cheaper and being a gringo may work to your benefit. Not many gringos go to these clubs and upon entering they will have the thought of, "How odd, a gringo, lets see where we can go with this" instead of "Gringo! Lets get him!" While the quality of chicas is, obviously, not as good in the lower-end clubs, there will be less pressure for you to buy and more incentive for the chicas to put out faster. The high-end girls can live off the money they get from drinks, privadas and only the occasional FS or BJ. The lower-end chicas have to rely more on the sex because the drinks are less expensive and there are fewer customer in their clubs. They must hustle a little more. And, even though I say "low-end" chicas, there are many stunners in these clubs who could probably work for some of the mid or high-end clubs.

Well, those are my thoughts on the subject- the thoughts of a cheapskate w h o r e monger who wants to achieve the goal of getting laid at every strip club in Morelia...

Hola mi amigo Perro, I guess it all depends on what you look for and what mood you're in at the moment. The mercenary attitude usually gets you rushed, mediocre service, but sometimes you do just want a mechanical quickie. Other times you want the GFE that can be had by hooking up with a chica who wants to impress you. A married man might want the former and a single guy, like me, may choose the latter.

A good portion of the chicas, after a session , have invited me to go eat with them or to a dance club. Sometimes I accept and sometimes I don't - it all depends on the quality of the chica and the mood I'm in. I guess what I'm trying to say is "Different Strokes for Different Folks."

I have written a lot in this section about Morelia and the mongering scene here. As an American living in Morelia I feel that I have a certain insight as to this scene and how an American would see it. One thing, though, that I have omitted is a post on the psychology of the working chicas and what you might expect from them if you come to my neck of the woods. Usually, I stick to logistics info and don't like to go off on tangents that only serve to clutter the board, but this might directly benefit those of you who come down to Morelia.

First, you have to know that Morelia is not a pussy factory like at the border. There is plenty of quality women to be had, but it requires a little more work on your part. Here is my overview on the strip club/ bar scene in Morelia:

There are many strip clubs and chica bars in the city- actually a disproportionate amount- of all types and classes. I prefer the middle of the road clubs because the prices are right and the chicas are a lot more accommodating. Familiarity is a big key on getting a salida at the strip clubs. The girls need to trust and/or know you for you to get anywhere with most of them. Unless you have great game, look like Brad Pitt or are willing to spend a lot of cash don't expect a lot from the girls. Of course, they will sit with you at the club and let you fondle them, give you incredibly hot privadas and perhaps give you FS or a CBJ in a private room, but the salidas are reserved for those who the girls know and trust. Some chicas will even deny a newbie FS or a CBJ at the club because "they don't do that- they just dance." Believe me, I was told the same thing when I was a newbie, but years later I was getting FS and BBBJ during the privadas by the same girls that had rejected my offers months earlier. Regardless what a chica working at a strip club says, EVERY one of them provides FS. It's just a matter of knowing what their price is and knowing what they want to hear.

Morelia is not a small town, it is a growing metropolis, about the size of Detroit (and it is growing at a larger rate than most Mexican cities), but many of the chicas retain a sort of small town girl attitude. This is both good and bad. The bad is that the girls are slow to trust you. They are slow to open up with you as a foreigner, thus kind of limiting the level of GFE sex you can get from them. The good is that these girls usually aren't mercenaries like in Mexico City, the Beaches and the Border. The few who do try to employ these mercenary strategies , are not very good at it. They will usually melt under the negotiating skills of an experienced monger. I've gotten prices dropped from 1000 to 500 pesos with just one try. Another good thing about some of the girls' hometown attitude is that once you're in good with them, you will get great GFE. Sometimes too great and they won't leave you alone, but that's a problem most of us can happily deal with

Seriously, though, some of these girls are very quick to latch on to you as a legit girlfriend. I'm not the most handsome guy in the world, but I'm fairly young and have a good job and there was a time when I was literally crawling with chicas form the clubs who wanted to take me out off the clock. Basically, unlike some of their counterparts in the sex trade in other areas of Mexico, they mostly do not see themselves as sex workers and they don't see the sex profession as a long term deal. Many of these girls see a young, single gringo living in their hometown as way to a better life. After a few bad experiences, I limited myself to just a group of my favorites and am just friends with most of them...friends with benefits, of course I don't usually report on my personal exploits with my "friends" because this is not attainable to most people who just come to town for 2 or 3 days. I live here and have been able to cultivate my contacts and strategies over the course of 7 years. Some of the people from this board who have stayed for a week or 2 in Morelia, have begun to cultivate some personal relationships with the girls. This is much more common here than in the other parts of Mexico that I've visited where the chicas are so eager to get out the door to get their next client. I'm speaking in generalities, of course, because there are all kinds of chicas in Morelia- I'm just talking about the general trend that I've seen based on my experiences.

So, when it comes to the club girls, you really have to put in some time and effort before you get salidas and possible GFE from them. But when you do....it's well worth it. But for those of you who come to town for 2 or 3 days every 6 months or so, there really isn't the time to cultivate a relationship with a chica. That's why I usually recommend the escort services for my mongering brothers who visit Morelia. They are a sure bet and, in the long run, a more economical option (i.e. no chica drinks, no privadas to pay, etc.) Escorts will run you between 400-1000 per hour. The highest recommendation by me is the New Imagen escort service (formerly Elegance). They have the hottest and most customer-oriented chicas.

In summary, if you're in town for a short time and want to get laid, call the escort services in La Voz de Michoacan newspaper and you won't be disappointed, but if you have the time and intent to build a working relationship with a chica- visit the strip clubs or chica bars. With little effort you'll get laid in the low-end and mid-range clubs and over time and with a little patience, you'll get the GFE.

You've never really been loved until you've been loved by a Moreliana...It's well worth the wait.

Heya kiddies, I ran into a new SW area here in Morelia. It is on the "Periferico Paseo de la Republica" street between the Construrama and the pedestrian crossing bridge (on the same side of the street as the Construrama).

On Sunday at about 7 pm, I saw 4 really hot chicas soliciting customers. These girls were outstandingly hot (the best SWs I have ever seen, Period!) They had to be bar girls looking to make some money on their night off. Whatever the case, I just had to partake.

I stopped and was quoted 700 pesos for a half hour, FS and Covered BJ. No matter how I tried, I couldn't negotiate down. I weighed the options of overpaying with the fact that these girls were smokin' hot and let "Little Mill Just" make the decision. I chose a short, well-proportioned morena named Sara and off we went to one of the many Motels de paso within a block.

The service was not rushed and very good overall, although the BJ could've been better. Sara stayed the full 30 mins and didn't want to give me her cell number

In total, I payed 880 pesos, including the motel and it was worth it. I ordered a pizza afterwards and stayed in the motel for a couple more hours before going back home. Nice night.

I'm not sure if these chicas are standing outside everyday or just sundays, but I would act fast because who knows how long they'll be there. I just can't see the clubs and bars allowing chicas to steal potential customers away from them. Enjoy.

Thanks for the post Mill Just. This is exactly the type of place I love in Mexico, a place where I can stay for a long period of time get somewhat sloshed (and laid) and not spend a shitload of money. I'm going to Morelia for the 1st time in June. Very helpful info I'll definitely check it out.

"Hot Lady's Club" (or something similar) is a new club, at least to me, that I've been visiting here in Morelia for the last few weeks. The place is like everything that's right about chica bars in Mexico. The atmosphere is excellent and non-pressure, as opposed to some of the "high-end" clubs. Chicas come out every 15 mins or so and do a strip routine while the other chicas sit in a bullpen section waiting for you to select them. That's the best part for me because what I hate most is when you're trying to watch the show and scout out the talents and get pestered every 5 minutes buy some girl looking for a drink or some boletero trying to hussle you into a privada. There was no pressure whatsoever and ,as a result, I made some excellent choices for chicas.

There are usually around 10-20 girls there, most solid 7's or 8's and some 6's and 5's thrown in for the locals (chicas gordas). The peronality of the chicas and the atmosphere of the place make up for the fact that there aren't any 10's on hand. The place is like a legitimate Mexican party zone and everybody seems to be having a blast. In between strippers, the customers even take their chicas on stage to do some dancing. I always have a great time there and it really stands in contrast to some of the higher-end clubs where the chicas are gorgeous, but the prices really prohibit most people from having a good time over a very long period of time. In contrast, I usually spend about 5 hours at the "Hot Lady's Club" and have never spent over 1,500 pesos. (my average is about 900 pesos). It is located on the street "Periferico Paseo de la Republica," right next to the Exesso club. The entrance is shaped like a big champagne bottle.

Beers are 25 pesos for us and 50-100 pesos for the chicas. Another cool thing is that the girls drink beers, which are opened right at the table. This makes the girl stay longer at your table since she is sipping real alcohol as opposed to the watered-down, sugar water that is usually called a "chica drink."
