Mexico City = Las Vegas? A watered down Mexico? No way! MC is as real as real can get. Scary real. A better analogy is that MC= New York + Wash DC. As for the girls, I tend to agree that I would look elsewhere . . . but that is probably just due to my ignorance. With 25+ million, there have got to be plenty of gems and a price range for any pocket book. Cupido clearly has explored this angle more than I have.

But I don't want anyone thinking that Mexico City isnt worth visiting. Too many people? Sure. Pollution? Yeah. Crime? For sure. But if I had to recommend a single spot in Mexico for someone to visit, it would still have to be MC.

Okay guys, I plead ignorance with regards to Mexico City. I have never had a really pleasurable time with the "ladies" there and I found the prices WAY too jacked up for my tastes--especially when you are actually making a living here and have to spend pesos. Despite all of that, though, I still believe that its possible that I've just yet to hit the right places. Give me another 33 years, Cupido. However, I will never buy the argument that Mexico City is as safe as you claim. Too many horror stories have passed before these ears and most crimes NEVER get reported and, therefore are never part of the crime stats. And Proko, I've never been into museums very much...Always had the idea that they were places for dead things. I prefer to participate in the culture...

In any case, y'all may be right, but when I weigh all the pros and cons, the only reasonable decision for me to make is the one that I made 3 years ago--stick with the mid-sized cities. Just the sheer size of Mexico City turns me off--If I wanted a sprawling metropolis, I would still be living in the USA.

So, anyway, pardon my lack of experience. Personally, I pull up just short of hating Mexico City. I've always believed that its the tourist-friendly version of the "real" Mexico. It is watered-down Mexican culture. It would be like going to Las Vegas to discover the "real" American culture: There are many things to do and a lot of fun to be had, but its not really representative. Of course, like I said, maybe I just haven't found the right places yet. That's why it's important for you older guys to POST MORE and set us straight (Stop being greedy and keeping all the good spots to yourselves)

Anyway, the name of the game is "FUN", right? So, whatever floats your boat is cool with me...

SuperTom---I was going to tell you this when you were in Morelia, but I forgot. I checked with a friend who frequents "Manhattan" and you were charged almost double for the "lady's" drink. The standard price is between 80-90 pesos. Start up those Spanish classes, buddy, and you'll do a lot better when it comes to prices. See you when you come back.

You can't see why anyone would visit Mexico City? How about the museums, restaurants, music, ballet, art and history? It is a world class city with alot to see and do. If you only want sex, I would agree. It's like going to New York ONLY for sex. But there is so much to see and do in Mex City and I have never had a problem . . . in the subway, buses, taxis, walking late at night. Of course, that doesn't mean it's safe. But we have already discussed that several times on this forum. But I must agree with Cupido . . . I love Mexico City. But as soon as I'm robbed the first time I'll probably change my mind. Back from 9 days in my favorite city. lots to cover, some to directly answer questions posted by Miller2k in the last week, the rest of my just to provide some detail info.
Escort services
There are a dozen of them in Morelia, you can find them in the newspaper La Voz. Most of them have price, few of them don't. The prices range from $400 to $800/hr. They also have some special prices which range from $1200 to $1500/hr( so-call model).
Karina
she was the first girl i had upon my arrival . she is from “Geisha”(Tel 391-3097) wanted $800 peso for 1hr or $1000 for longer which is 1.5hr. She is a attravtive girl, about 5'5", 34-28-34 with brown hair.

she is from "elegance", charged same as Karina, she told me she was 20, and that could be about right, although she looks closer to 23, and she has a two years old daughter. She is 5'3", with light-skin and fake blonde hair.

There are 8-10 messages listed on newspaper, half of them are real massages. There are some cheaper strip clubs for local. $100 for six beers, and girl's drinks only $40(compare with Manhattan's $150 girl's drinks), but they are small, and no gringo. They have 4-6 strippers(pretty girls), and 30-40 so-call chatting girls from chubby 4 to attractive 8(you need pay $40 for her drink, she will chat, dance with you about 20-30min, then you can negotiate with her about full-service. Mexico City is the World's biggest city and all big cities have a lot of scary and wonderful places, MC has some "dangerous zones" just...avoid them, stay out of ANY tourist area (Downtown, Airport, Polanco, Zona Rosa, Del Valle, Roma, Insurgentes, Doctores, Tepito, Zocalo, etc. ) and you'll be 99.9% safe, I mean GO TO THE SUBURBS...
If you are looking for some 'company', avoid the Zona Rosa, it's a tourist area and a ripoff (outrageously large bar tabs),

I'm convinced, Mexico City is p**y paradise, also has some of the most beautiful girls in the World, example: several Mexico City girls are married to rich/royal europeans (Genoveva Casanova, Adriana Abascal, Cristina Hanna, etc., etc.), you need to know where to find the beautiful girls, they are not in the "danger zone", smart chilangos don't live/work near this area anymore, go to the new, hidden, upper middle class areas like Interlomas, ...they NEVER go downtown...they stay in the suburbs...

When I go to MC, I always stay close to the Interlomas Mall, you'll find anything you need in this area, a Hotel, escorts, amateurs, restaurants, a Mall, etc., the Interlomas area is the 'Bel Air' of Mexico City (but it's not expensive), some young amateurs/semi-pros look for customers in the Interlomas Mall, hang outside the Cinepolis Interlomas on a friday/saturday afternoon and you'll know what i mean (look for the "lost" girl walking alone and wearing very small clothes),

I recently was in Miami/Miami Beach.... comparing MIA with MEX, I've found that:

- Miami has a higher stolen car rate,
- Miami has a higher murder rate,
- Miami escorts are expensive $350 US+, similar escorts charge $80US in MC,
- you can find a few streetwalkers in Miami, most of them are fat, ugly or both, you can find younger, prettier and inexpensive girls among the thousands of Mexico city's streetwalkers, Sullivan street has 200-300 streetwalkers at night (10-11pm), and the area is 99.9 % SECURE (heavy police presence) with many cheap hotels within a walking distance, the scene is similar to Morelia's "triangulito" (where the streetwalkers are),
- Downtown Miami (and NW from there, where the streetwalkers hang) is very dangerous, especially at night,
- Miami has a lot of "antros" but most suck, you will NOT get laid,
- I love thin and tall latin-european and latin-american girls, i don't like 'most' blondes, fat or chubby girls, so, for that reason, at least for me, Interlomas Mall has more beautiful/gorgeous girls (weekend afternoon) in the Cinepolis area than Aventura Mall Miami, since I love to look for "lost" girls in Malls....Interlomas is my favorite mall in the world........(Santa Fe Mall a few miles away is second place)

Glad to see that you're still with us. Post once in a while and share your world of experience...

Well, maybe I was a bit over dramatic when talking about Mexico City. I've been there a few times and , aside from VERY outrageously large bar tabs, I've never had a problem there..but could that be that I was aware of the dangers from the get go and I was just more cautious?

At any rate, I don't have the crime stats, but from a first hand, anecdotal perspective I've yet to run across either a resident or a frequent visitor to Mexico City here who doesn't have a good "I was a victim of a crime" story. It is a fact, though, that it is estimated that as high as 60% of the crimes in Mexico City are never reported because the people see the police as either inept, crooked or both. So, any stats are off to begin with. As Americans, we are in love with charts and stats, but most of Mexico lives far away from the written word and the clipboard. And in the area of Tepito (sp?), the police are seldom brave enough to even venture into this zone.

I've told all of my friends here that Mexico City is like any other big city, just watch where you are going and stay on the beaten path and you'll be fine. Hailing cabs off the street may result in nothing more offensive than a costly cab ride, but why take unneccesary risks, right? What should frighten tourists is not so much the chance of crime as the idea that you are in an unfamiliar land and you are ignorant to the scams and set-ups that may or may not be waiting for you. Also, if you do happen to be a victim of crime, you have no power and cannot rely on any authority to help you.

Also, never go with the people who hand out cards for strip clubs in La Zona Rosa. They give you the card and offer to take you to the hottest spot in town which, conveniently enough, just happens to be a couple of blocks away on a side street. My neighbor was robbed and pistol-whipped by one of these guys.

Once again, you probably won't be the victim of a crime in Mexico City, but you stand a much greater chance of being one. Why take the added risk? The prices are ridiculous and the girls are shockingly low-class as compared to other, much smaller cities. Unless you are on business or you want to visit the Pyramids, I can't understand why anyone would want to visit Mexico City. But to each his own...right?

Morelia is a great city for many reasons.

The people are very friendly and open. I've lived in Mexico for about 3 years now in a small town about and hour and a half from Morelia. Every time I go to Morelia I get the red carpet treatment. In more touristy areas, being an American works against you because all of the prices get jacked up as soon as they see a "Gringo". In Morelia, the prices are reasonable and in some cases I've even benefitted from being a "Gringo". These benefits end up being free drinks, extra hours with a girl, or invitations for dinner. As always, you will find some people who will try to overcharge the "rich" Gringo, but these people are few and far between.

Also, Morelia is a very safe city when it comes to crime. In all of my time here I've never felt unsafe or threatened in anyway. I've staggered through the streets at all hours of the day and night after leaving bars or clubs and I've never been bothered. The taxis are safe and there is no problem with hailing one from the street. As a matter of fact, the taxistas are some of the friendliest people I've met in Mexico. On the other side, hail a cab in Mexico City and you stand a good chance of winding up in a ditch with your throat cut.

Morelia is a college town so you will find many beautiful, 18-24 yr old women and a very nice nightlife. Also, because many majors require English as a second language, there is a growing number of people who can at least speak some English (There are also many people who've lived in the US for a period of time and can speak English).

I'm not affiliated with the tourism dept, but I strongly recommend that you come on down. Morelia is a beautiful colonial city which in many ways is very European in attitude and architecture. If you come for a few days I can guarantee that you won't want to leave--just ask "Supertomcat"

When it comes to our hobby, I usually prefer an hour or two and then have them leave. Extended "dates" can be arranged, but you will want to go through the girls themselves and not the agency. The agency will want to charge you for each hour, but the girl will give you a discounted rate. Supertomcat should be able to help you with this. He arranged a 24 hour, overnight deal if I remember correctly for about 1500-2000 pesos (about 150-200 US dollars) which included multiple "encounters", dinner dates, and an outing to a disco. Of course, it helps if the girl is crazy about you. Many of these "extended stay" girls are in the business only for the adventure and don't really care about the money as much as the single moms who need to be paid in hourly chunks. So, I recommend that you call a service (all of the details are listed in previous posts) and if you like the girl, ask her if she is available for an "all-nighter". Language might be a problem with the girls, but with a little smarts you can communicate what you want.

If you want "regular" girls, it will be hard to strike out if you're even a half-way decent guy. Given a weeks time, (if you try, of course) you can have a couple of dates lined up. Just remember that with non-pros things take a long time to heat up and you might not even get a kiss until the 3rd or 4th date, but once you've gained her trust she will give herself to you 100%.

Howdy All.....

Just came back from my beloved Morelia once again and I thought I'd make a report based on my experiences (good and bad).

I was planning on spending about a week there and go hunting with "supertomcat", but I had a family emergency and I was only able to salvage a 3 day weekend.

When I got to Morelia on Friday afternoon, "supertomcat" had already blazed a trail through most of the services and a few of the local places. I'll leave the details for him to explain. Needless to say, he was quite happy and very, very satisfied. I think the Morelia "bug" has bit him...

As for me... I made some purchases for my business and then returned to my room to make a call to "Elegance". The routine was the same and in less than a half an hour, "Crystal" arrived at my door. She was a bit cold at first and she tried the old "it costs 1000 an hour" scam, but she gave in for the usual 800 after I made a point of putting my money back into my pants pocket. Once that silliness was out of the way, she was very good and well-worth the price. Physically, she was about 5' 6'' with shoulder-length dark brown hair, she was lean, but not skinny, decent sized chest, dark skin, and a very pretty face. She stayed for more than the hour because I later found out that she was a journalism student at the University (After I told her my name, she recognized me from something I wrote for a local publication and she wanted to interview me for a class project .) All in all it was a nice experience (as usual when it comes to "Elegance" girls.)

On the other hand.......I can not say this strongly enough: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE "SEXIS" ESCORT SERVICE.

I was flipping through the newspaper (La Voz) on Saturday and I came across the "Sexis" ad. They were having a promotion (1 hour for 500 pesos). And based upon the lower price and previous positive posts about their service, I decided to give them a try. What a mistake. It started out well enough. The lady on the phone was very specific when she asked what I wanted. (she went as far as to ask if I had a preference for eye color). So, I described what I wanted that night (a blonde, light-skinned, tall young woman with a nice chest) and I waited. What arrived at my door was 2 short, obese, very ugly women. For the first time since coming to Morelia I sent both girls away and called up the service again to ask for them to send others. Of course, both of the girls asked for 50 pesos for cab fare, so I was already 100 pesos down. About a half hour later, another 2 girls arrived. And once again they were not even close to what I wanted. At that point I was sick of the hassle and I just kept the one that was the least repulsive. (Now I was down 150 pesos and 1 hour of my time had been wasted).

But wait...there's more! So, I settled in with "Daniela" and tried to make the best of a bad situation. But things just got worse...she was so frigid that I had to practically beg her to take her clothes off. Everything was a chore. I even had to practically pry her legs apart so I could take down her panties. She wouldn't accomodate me in anything. I had to put the condom on myself...I had to disrobe her...I had to convince her to get on the bed...and when things weren't comfortable during the act she closed her legs and sat up. I haven't had so much trouble getting laid since high school. Eventually, I got frustrated, ripped the condom off and told her to just give me a hand job. She even goofed that up by squeezing too tight. Eventually, I finished and I was happy to see her go. And what a pisser---She had the nerve to give me her private cell phone number!!! Like I would ever even think of calling her again. I'd rather jerk off in the shower.

I should've gone on the town with "supertomcat" and had his very nice, beautiful girl set me up with a friend...but at least I learned a very valuable lesson: NEVER CALL SEXIS AGAIN. (All in all it cost me 700 pesos for a lousy hand job from an ugly, disinterested girl)

So, to sum things up: "Elegance" was good as usual and they remain the best service in Morelia. "Sexis" sucked big time and the girls are maybe just a half-notch up from street walkers , and that's only because they come to your room whereas the SW's only do business in their own little hotels.

But live and learn, right? All in all, I had a great time these last three days. The women are beautiful and the food is good and the nightlife is awesome. "Supertomcat" had even a better time and he gave me some leads for my next trip. (He made friends with a couple of locals who spoke English and they took him around town before I came)

By the way, "super" e-mail me because last night, right after you checked out "Montserrat" called the front desk and they passed me the message when I came stumbling through the doors this morning.

When you call cell phones out of their area code, you drop the 044 prefix, and treat them like normal telephones.

I don't know the area codes for morelia, but san miguel would be like this (I am sure you can extrapolate):
