You mentioned Marche so I will assume you're familiar with similar properties in Mexicali such as Mediterraneo and Zeus. I am unaware of Nogales having similar style lodging. I am not saying it doesn't exist. I just haven't heard of it or seen it. As for crossing back, I have been unable to discern any rhyme or reason for what they do. Their behavior has ranged from saying have a nice day without a single question to asking me to open my backpack for a quick look.

Monger trip
Was looking at the Eros Spa website and could not resist any longer so I made the trip to Nogales to check it out. My plan was to cross over and pound a few beers at Regis and check that place out, and then hit the Spa. So I went into Regis (this was on a Sunday afternoon about 4:00) and there were exactly two girls in there. One was really hot but she was sitting at a table with some dude already, so I went and sat at the bar next to the other one. She was maybe about 40 and looked really clean in a denim dress all proper. To the point that I didn't think she was a worker. I made a little BS smalltalk with her, and she told me her name was "Marta" - but I noticed that they had just been showing Marta the Brazilian soccer player chick on the TV about 10 seconds before that. My Spanish isn't good enough where I thought I could get to asking her if she was working without offending her, so I threw down about 5 Tecates and went over to the Spa.
And then I got there and the damn place was closed. Shit! I walked around that whole block and every place was closed and there was nobody on the street anywhere. Nothing like it used to be. So on to the backup plan, which was to get back by Regis and ring up one of the mileroticos chicks. As I was walking back over there, I see Marta on the street corner flagging me down. I went over to her and she asked me if I was looking for drugs. Not really, but then I told her that I was looking for chicas. She said she could help me with that too, so we went back to the Regis and got a room. She got naked and then said she needed money first, but never gave me a price. I probably could have given her anything, but I gave her $40, and we pounded it out on the bed for maybe 20 minutes.
As I was leaving the Regis, there were three other chicks in front of that shadyass hotel across the street. One was hot but waaaay young, one had a gut like Butterbean, and one was a 30 year old blonde with big tits and pretty damn hot. I walked by and all 3 asked if I want girl. I went around the corner and thought about pulling that last blonde, but decided against it. Services readily available right there though for even the biggest of gringos.

And of course any venues online or off to meet mexicanas is welcome.

In addition, what is the rationale about what constitutes chica friendly? If I want to bring a date to the room, who are they to judge? What is the criteria for a proper guest? Are girlfriends not allowed? All these girls have kids, so we cannot go to their place.

Could you share info in regards to how you contact nonpros in Agua prieta and Nogales? Any help would be highly appreciated.
I am also very interested. I transitioned a girl I met in the escort site to a girl friend, very castiza, but these escorts have kids. My Spanish is crap, but I still think I would want to meet normal mexican girls online or off. The bars at garanja and marcos were dead when I was there at6 to 7. The border area has some English speakers but mostly moms and their teenage daughters. This is a country where the women get knocked up young and divorced apparently.

With regard to Nogales, read my first report in this thread. I have never been to AP so can't help you there.

I love the city and if it were not for my many obligations, I would have moved to Colonia Roma yesterday.

These include the houses near the Jardin Juarez pictured below.

Also, as the capital of Sonora and around a million people in the metro area, there's got to be no shortage of good eats, some decent bars and cultural attractions. I plan on checking it out at some point just need to find the time. With regard to your Nogales questions, I've never had a single issue. I just wish my Spanish was better which would double my game at my two favorite bars: Salon Regis and The Garage.

The Garage is pretty much empty except on Friday and Saturday nights. Salon Regis has women every night but I'd avoid Monday and Tuesday nights. Some are obvious pros while a few are single moms looking for milk money. Just go in there one night and pay attention to your surroundings and you should be able to figure it put pretty quickly. Read my first post in the Nogales thread, as I address the lay of the land.

My experience is a bit limited. I stayed at Fray Marco's on a weeknight. The bar was empty. I went across the street and it was dead too. I went to Regis and there were some girls seated singly and in doubles. A hooker told me that they weren't working girls. The hooker made me a good deal for 3 hours so I took her up on it and bailed.
I'm interested in anyone else's experiences so I'll be following.
