I love going to La Conga but sometimes they don't have what I want so after a beer I leave. But as Ed said you can find some gems in there.

Absolutely no problem getting around Nogi without Spanish. If you're a guy and in Nogi, someone who speaks English will quickly attach to you and offer anything you are thinking about.

It may or may not be legal but it is 'tolerated'.

Although I seem to be the only one saying this, Conga can be cool. Just let them know what type of girl you want and it may or may not work out. Finishing your beer and moving on 13 bucks lighter for the look and two cab rides is worth the time, IMHO.
It is also my opinion that if enough Gringos with cash pop in and leave without partaking they will find girls to make us stay and the monger scene in Nogi could greatly improve. I 'swear' I have had some hotties in there, and I am talking young, thin and fit.

The street scene is harsh right now, so hit a bar, tip the dude a buck at the door, buy a beer inside and don't be shy with the girls!

I have just moved to Tucson, and heard that Nogales is the place to go for strip clubs and such. I have read most of what little I know on this web site, but I still have a couple of questions.

How hard is it to get around Nogales if you do not know any Spanish?

Is it better to be discreet when asking about more 'adult entertainment,' or better to just be upfront and nice about it? (Does that depend on who you are asking?)

What are the laws regarding the more adult activities?

Hi Guys,

Does anybody know if Flor still works in Nogales? It has been a few years since my last Nogi visit, but I remember her working as a waitress in the old Lipstick's club and later at Lord Blacks. She was short (at about 4' 11'') and cute, with some clasical Indian features.

It's funny, but I noticed Flor during my first Nogales visit, and it wasn't until a few months (and a couple of visits) later that I realized many of the waitresses and female bartenders in the stripclubs are also on the menu of activities. I don't know why we sometimes desire what we think we can't have. I mean, in a club full of half-naked and available dancers, why does someone have their eye on the conservatively dressed waitress? Especially when she appears to be disinterested and is the only person not trying to get their hands down your pants!

I don't know the answer to the question above, but I think I finally happened across an old trip report on one of the mongering boards which detailed an enchanted evening with Flor. So, I definitely had a goal in mind when I made my next Nogi visit. Much to my surprise, I found her to be a very sweet and a very friendly young lady.

I sent you a PM. I would be great to get together in Nogi, but I am not sure that I will make it early enough on Saturday. I will probably go down on Wednesday afternoon and stay overnight across the border, and then possibly go back on Saturday night, although I might want to try some of the action in Phoenix (I gotta remember to buy the V in Nogi while I am there). Maybe we can PM later if it looks like there might be a possibility of meeting. I just love Mexican and Hispanic women, and can't wait for my trip.

The LON guys are cool, but they are probably only able to scare up whoever is in the bars anyway. (I know guys - -you have contacts, and could help with a hotel romp) Sat night there will be lots of American style attractive Latino babes.
I think you'll be bummed if you don't go and tango busca! It's possible I could cruise down and meet you, but, I usually avoid weekends, and I'll be coming off a week away from work so I could be un-reliable.
Still, I'd love to hang if possible. I have a couple favs that could help a stranger get a late hotel date for sure.

I was thinking of hitting Juarez in two weeks, any idea on the 'safety' thing there? Some of the guys on the site say you'd never notice the drug war but a newbie to town always seems to take the wrong turn once or twice

Thank you for the suggestions. I badly need a Mexico fix; I guess it is obvious. However, even if I cannot find that "one hot chica," I very much do not to be limited to, and without any intended disrespect to the providers, the most undesirable women on the border, because I have also had "one of those nights" (actually, more than just one), and it is not much fun renting a car and driving for 3 hours to not find any acceptable action. I think that I will both make a trip to Nogi if I can get there at a favorable time and also try to look up your recommendation in Phoenix. I see that there is a tour service in Nogi where the operators purport to know the best women; maybe it is worth an inquiry. I certainly miss those nice young chicas in the MPs in Juarez, however.

but... the bars are open and active 2-3am easy, saturday nights are hot, and there is action sunday afternoon.
wednesday very late night may not be great, though.

if it's a mexico fix you need, go for it. darkrum just had one of those nights/ moods that can happen anywhere. peeking into obsession's does not a review make, it only takes one hot chica to make the evening work out great, and i guarantee she was in there.

there are plenty of amp's in phoenix, many are fs, juarez style!
there is a lively street scene, if so inclined.(past thru twice last week, sheeeit, it's worth the drive from here for that!)
do your homework on escorts, plenty of cash and dash in phoenix.
on the high end, allow me to recommend sedona weaver in scottsdale. she isn't always around, but she is oh my god great!


but, don't give up on nogi if thats were you really want to go.

It seems that the entire southern border of Arizona is $100.00. San Luis, Rio Colorado is the same thing. You are going to pay $100.00 at least. I don't care where you go.

Algodones, Baja California is going to cost you at least $75.00. That is at the "Green Door", $60.00, plus $15.00 for the room. YMMV.

I have been visiting Mexicali. World-wide bargains are to be had. $25.00 plus $10.00 for the room, Wham bam thank you maam...... in the zone. Straight mish, don't ask for extras. You need vitamin V, add 20.00 at least. Bring your own. You want to customize, bring money.

Best bet........ Street connections. Supply the hotel room and be sauve.

Darkrum's report makes a trip to Nogi seem pretty bleak. Maybe I should use the time, gas money, etc. for a trip to Nogi and 1) drive or fly to Juarez, 2) drive or fly to T.J., or 3) try a couple of escorts in Phoenix. Regardless, I have a few days away and intend to play.

I'm sure you've done it, but, almost easier to fly to TJ from Phoenix, --- 5$ cab, trolly ride, 5$ cab, a room above Adelitas...shit, that place is smoking right now. It's worth the drive from here (Tucson) at five hours!

About a year ago I suggested keeping those names and numbers that were so easy to get then. Seems like now, many have moved away. I suppose Nogi is no longer the staging area for a border run it used to be, or mabe it's so easy now that arent hanging around.

The State dept warnings about the border must have something to do with this too.

I thought Nogi might move more towards TJ, but mabe a sleepish border town will make it easier for the ragged monger to find a truer Mexican experience.

I havent visited in a while, but next trip I may go back to the old 'let the cabbie drive ". I had a fav driver who I trusted, and he could pull up to sweet, no hassle, hotel room chicas. I used to go with a friend, and once while sitting around waiting for him struck gold. Now I'm wondering why we ever stopped doing that way!

with nothing but experience by my side. i took the 2 hour ride from phoenix to nogi last friday night to play the field a bit

nogales was simply a shell of what i remembered.

places like obsessions and rio were working what seemed to be a skeleton crew. even though the guy at the door of obsessions told me there were 32 woman in there, and of course when i peeked in they were coincidently in the dressing room. wink, wink.

in doing the bar hop between lord black, placers and bolero, bolero seemed to have the better looking and better volume of woman. mostly all were doable with a price tag of close to $100 or more when all the accounting and private dances were factored in. placers has always been my favorite and you can always find something attractive in there, but again, not the volume that i remember. life is about choices. its good to be able to choose as opposed to settling for the best of the rest. the pricing may have been worth depending on your taste, but a c-note or more for rushed closet action is highly overrated.

as always, i was accosted by tip driven local who knew of any woman with services to sell. all about the all mighty tip. man, over time that can test your patience, especially when all they want to lead you to is one-eyed sally, and it's not even a pretty eye.

just for nostalgia purposes i took a cab ($5) to la conga only to find some of the hardest looking woman in town. yes i know la conga has always been a diamond in the rough kind of place, but there seemed to be maybe, and i mean maybe 2 woman that you would have to stretch the imagination to even want to sit and have a drink with. scary. it seemed the going rate is still $65 which is not much more then buying a few drinks there for a woman.

all in all .... nogales is not what it used to be even though i am sure when the stars are aligned and your wallet is right a little magic can be had. the pricing for quality woman is way out of line compared to places in tj or even central and south america...but hey, it is what it is.

i crossed the border with the big stick set to swing away, but on this night...nogi pitched a shutout.
