Since I will arrive in PV this Sat. I felt compelled to respond to the last post about Prestige. Over 4, 000 pesos ($300+ USD) for a short visit to this club. Lady drinks at $30 USD a pop, and a mechanical fuck for over $200 USD. Thank god I stopped thinking with my "little head" decades ago. First rule: Don't pay us prices for Mexican ladies.

That same 4000 pesos will score me at least 4 different chicas for multiple hour sessions. Going to start at Antorchas on Mon. Unless a ship sails into port on Sun. I've got my fingers crossed since hurricane Paul may be just west of Cabo. Going to be a great 2 weeks!

Bought a free admission & lap dance card for 50 pesos. I was disappointed in the quality of the talent. Only a few I'd rate above a 7. I was there for 5 minutes looking at a bunch of mediocre women when the floor host brought over a solid 8. After 3 lady drinks (375 each, I'd give the waiter 400 and let him keep the change as a tip and they didn't act as if I was gyping them) during which she danced on my lap and let me feel her up and her pussy, I saw no one hotter come out so we went to the back for sex. 2700 plus another lady drink was the price. <Dog Ah yes. The passing storms are a likely explanation for the Sunday cruise ship arrivals. We are so accustomed to afternoon and evening storms this time of year that I never thought to check the weather report.

On that topic, the dry season starts around October 15th, usually marked by two or three weeks of extreme heat (90-95 degrees F). A hat, sunscreen and plenty of water are advised anytime you'll be in the sun for more than a few minutes. I do see that the bus stop you've picked for recon is covered, but be prepared for the heat.

There was a hurricane out in the Pacific west of Cabo. The ships probably re-routed and made the PV stop before since they have been laying off shore at night and the sea could have been a bit rough.

Having three ships in Vallarta on the same day is a treat usually reserved for the high season. Not sure how this came about in the doldrums of late September. In any case, As I returned from a trip headed north, having noticed the ships as on on the southbound part of the errand, I noticed that Las Antorches was open and as best I could tell there were quite a few people inside. Normally it is closed on Sunday and normally the number of ships in port on Sunday is zero. Looking at the 2012 schedule at http://puertodevallarta.com.mx/Documentos/Cal2012.pdf You can see what dates (fecha) and day of the week (dia) ships are due in port or were in port earlier in the year. The schedule is in Spanish and Domingo (DOM) in the Dia column denotes Sunday. Notice that during the peak months of Jan-Mar this year, only once was a ship in port on Sunday.

I had read that Las Antorches is closed Sundays. That appears true most of the time, but not when there is the potential for business.

My experience during both of my PV trips in the past year, is that the best exchange rate on Dollars into Pesos was that offered at the Santander Rio Branch right next to the bridge between the Zona Romantica and the Central downtown, one block inland from the ocean. Typically as much as 2-3% better than most cambios, and at least 1% better than other banks.

On the way to Antorches my route took me north on Columbia to to the sports complex. I decided to check out 1422 based on other reports in the Vallarta thread. First, the location is right next door north of the TeleCable office. The entrance to the establishment in question is marked 1422 and the doorway opens to stairs leading to a second floor bar. It was about 2:30 on Thursday and the big Carnival cruise ship was in port. It has been mentioned that talent from this place (name unknown) heads to Antorches when a ship is in and my experience seems to confirm that. At the top of the stairs there were two women. One very large (grandote) and another very thin (flaca) , both over 40 at the very least. Neither acknowledged my arrival so I reversed course and continued on to Las Antorches.

The scene was much better there with 6 to 8 girls sitting at tables or playing pool. At least 3 were, by my standards, attractive. The really good news is that I spotted Nicole right away and she remembered me from my first visit to Antorches a few weeks ago. I'd estimate that she is right at 5 feet tall, plus the 5 inch heels. We were directed to a room and I gave the attendant 200 pesos based on previous experience. On the first visit Nicole had asked for 1, 000 pesos. I mentioned that I had seen on the Internet where the normal rate was 600 for an hour. She countered with 700. That's what I paid then and that's what I gave her this time. She provides great service but with no bare back action. This time I requested DATY and was accommodated with a great 69 session. That led to a swap to cowgirl style, then mish and finally mutual self service after ditching the raincoat. She had no problem with "leche" on her tummy and breasts. I've had no luck negotiating the room price below 200 pesos $16 USD. So figure on 800 to 1000 pesos ($65 to $80) allowing for a tip if the experience is awesome. As noted, the talent changes frequently, but if Nicole is there she will show you a good time. Single mom, very nice attitude, great body unless you require big tits or can't tolerate stretch marks. Hoping to see her again later this month.

I've always had to pay 200 pesos for the room as well. Maybe I would get a better deal if I spoke Spanish. But I don't. The next time I'm there I'll see if they will take 75 pesos for the room though. Not a big deal if they don't. And then another 500 pesos for the hour with the girl. That's 700 pesos which is only $53 Canadian. That is very cheap because I think the going rate for an SP in Canada is $200 / hour. Which I would never pay.
