The place that I can think of that would seem like a dead end road is the parking lot in la zona. I was in PV in early January, my second trip within 10 months.

The first evening around 10 pm, I took a cab to the zone near the bull ring. There were two clubs open, and one that looked closed. It was closed my last trip also.
